The team works in real time to make sure the right people are in the right place – airside and landside – to meet demand. As our airports are the world’s busiest, it’s fast-paced and a real challenge. They see that the operational plan is followed, and issues are dealt with across terminals, regular operations, incidents and crisis handling. The operation has to be industry-leading, and it always is.

What you'll deliver

•You'll be responsible for scenario testing of multiple rulesets to align with, and improve upon targeted business benefits

•You'll produce analysis and recommendation documentation for approval at the ruleset working groups

•You'll configure ruleset changes within the system including its document management

•You'll manage modelling projects to support operational planning.

What you bring

• You'll be educated to a Degree Level in a numerical subject. Master’s degree in a related field (i.e. Operational Research) is preferable.

• You should have at least 2 - 4 years’ experience in a quantitative analysis or operational research role preferably in a strategic or planning environment.

• Minimum 1-year experience in developing and using simulation models or resource management systems (i.e. AirTop, CAST, Quintiq, Inform).

• Ideally some experience in stand planning.

What you’ll deliver

• You'll be responsible for managing all legal drafts, contracts, outsource and agreements; including investment, NDA, commercial, sale and purchase contracts

• You'll review all legal correspondence received from official organizations such as Dubai Legal Affairs, Police and Immigration and will be responsible to communicate with Dubai Airports stakeholders.

• You'll manage the preparation and drafting of legal documents and the proposed regulations and instructions presented to the courts in litigation matters (including but not limited to statements of defense, power of attorney’s and delegations of authority etc.)

• You'll be responsible to manage outstanding legal issues with external councils to provide solutions and closure.

 

What you bring

• You should be educated to a Graduate level or equivalent from an accredited Law University with a minimum of 5 years of experience within a law firm in the U.A.E.

• You’ll have knowledge of UAE Labor, Federal and state laws, regulations and accreditation standards

• You’ll have excellent English language skills with a focus on influencing, negotiation and conflict management.

Job Description
 

    Treating all sorts of ulcers in the feet and ankle including skin burns, post-surgical, post amputation and hard to heal ulcers Interacts with staff in training.
    Performing sharp debridement on the feet to remove the necrotic tissues on the wound margins as an essential part of the healing process of the wound.
    Fitting the diabetic offloading shoe that is used to shift the weight from the ulcer area to the other surrounding areas.
    Provides different assessments to measure and monitor patients
    Assesses the motor nervous system by assessing the ankle jerk reflex and the using a “reflex hammer”.
    Performs biomechanical evaluation of the lower limbs and analyzing patient’s functional motion in order to detect any path mechanical anomalies.
    Creating, modifying, and fitting functional foot orthotics that assist in stabilizing the foot and preventing it from moving into an unbalanced position while walking or running in some foot deformities.
    Assesses patients by using a video gait-analysis equipment consisting of a running machine and video camera that allows a frame-by-frame analysis of patients' walking or running problems.
    Responsible for the supervision of podiatrist and Assistant nurses working in the podiatry clinic

 
Qualifications
 

Bachelor degree or diploma in Podiatry from an accredited college (Minimum of three (3) years course duration)

OR

MSc degree in Podiatry or Doctor of Podiatry

3-5 years experience in the area of Podiatry.

Role Summary

We’re looking for an Accounts Coordinator to join the team and focus on growing our own Grocery Store “tMart, which is the region’s first cloud store concept offering 30-minute delivery of groceries at hypermarket prices.
 

What’s On Your Plate?

    Ensure all invoices received are duly signed and stamped by the receiving store stamp and store manager/supervisor with the correct date.
    Recheck and confirm that invoices received are taxable in all (VAT) countries and notify Op’s/suppliers with missing data on the invoice.
    Ensure documents completeness with each received PO, (PO, GRN, Invoice), and DN’s CN’s where applicable.
    Review GRN’s and make sure branch details, supplier details and PO details are matching.
    Match system reports (PO received/Invoices) and make sure all invoices are physically received, notify, and follow up with Op’s on missing invoices Start the invoice matching process either manually or through any customized system:
    Compare system reported invoices vs. the physical received invoice at total level.
    Invoices with differences that exceed a certain threshold to be investigated further line by line:
    Review any quantity with differences with store managers.
    Review any cost variances with the commercial team.
    Generate daily Inventory / Invoices report and provide an accounting team to upload to the accounting system.
    Generate daily status report highlighting all received orders/Invoices status and follow up on orders received but invoices not matched.
    Follow up on re-routed invoices with the commercial team.
