About the Position:
We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Field Sales Executive - Tyres and Battery to join our growing team in Sharjah. Your main role is to sell and market Tyrezone brand and to ensure optimum customer satisfaction and revenue generation for the company.


Specifically, your key responsibilities are as follows:

    To achieve and exceed sales & gross margin targets.
    To build good rapport with existing customers and develop new customers. Maintain enquiry tracking system.
    To sell aged stock as per the company finance policies.
    To supply the material to customers in line with company credit control policies.
    To collect Local purchase order for supply the materials.
    To collect the postdated cheques.
    To get the credit invoices signed by customer.
    To collect all the credit sale document which required by company.
    Ensure the collections of receivables and customers outstanding are under control.
    To persist on the best & maximize the sales of all our brand tyres & batteries.
    Regular monitoring competitor’s activities, pricing and general market condition.
    Adhere to QMS departmental SOPs
    Responsible for carrying out work with care ensuring not to endanger the life either of themselves or others by theirs acts or omissions whilst complying to health and safety requirements of the company and preventing any harm to the environment.

 

 

About You:
 

The ideal candidate for this role should be a University graduate or hold a Degree or Diploma of any Business related courses. You must be having a minimum of 3-5 years’ B2B sales experience in tyres and batteries. You should have the ability to solve problems and deliver sales results within set timeframe. Candidates having experience in selling tyres and batteries within the local UAE market would definitely have good chances in landing on this job. You should have a valid UAE driving license and Arabic speaker is an advantage!

Job Purpose

Essential Roles and Responsibilities

Carry out sales in accordance to pre agreed monthly targets and budgets.

Prepare/ maintain call reports/log highlighting salient features and advise the Manager of the same.

Report weekly/ monthly on agreed performance data, comparing actual with targeted/ budgeted performance.

Attend to customers visiting the showroom, initiate sales process with them paying attention to their needs and offer qualified advice on the specifications of the product.

Maintain close contact with prospect customers, make sales call and visit them to suit their schedule/ convenience. Introduce and follow up suitable sales prospects.

Maintain customer database and contribute towards the development of prospects list. Keep abreast of competition in this segment of cars.

Ensure pre-delivery inspections and proper documentation of the sales transaction

Ensure details of all vehicle transactions are accurately completed & recorded and registered with sales administration, including payment and the registration of the vehicle with the traffic department and invoicing.

Provide highest degree of customer service and satisfaction at all times in accordance with the company’s sales policies and procedures to maximize future recommended or repeat sales

Ensure that the customer is aware of all available extras, accessories and warranties.

Notify the customers of delay, changes in the requirements and specifications etc., if any, ensuring smooth conclusion of vehicle handover.

Provide customers with qualified advice on vehicle finance and insurance facilities.

Participate in seasonal sales campaign and promotions to maximize sales penetration

Job Description

The Property Consultant is responsible to pursue new business for generating revenue while actively maintaining relations with established clients towards generating future (repeat) business transactions and support the overall operations of the Company

Reporting to the Manager - Sales and Leasing, the Property Consultant will play a critical role in helping the Company and the Abu Dhabi department achieve strategic profit objectives.

The incumbent shares responsibility for meeting team targets and adequate coverage at exhibitions, trade shows, etc. with the Abu Dhabi team.
Principal Accountabilities

The incumbent is responsible to maintain the highest quality of customer and client satisfaction while actively seeking out and developing new business. To be successful the incumbent must develop a collaborative work ethic between all departments and understand the property market in detail. Other accountabilities include, but are not limited to:

    Achieve assigned revenue targets
    Source and increase the inventory stock of units including ownership information
    Source / generate leads by active networking and relationship building. Ensure good professional relationship with owners, developers and clients
    Ensure all leads and enquiries are attended to as per best customer service practices (refer to BH policies); follow up with clients on a regular basis
    Update records on Masterkey regularly; accurately record all client details in the database and ensure that all responses are dealt with, in accordance with customer service standards
    Adhere to company's policy and procedure for each transaction including issuing, collecting and recording relevant documentation
    Pro-actively strive to have an in-depth understanding of the local market, advertising and signage requirements
    Promote other Better Homes Services where appropriate and generate referral leads
    Other Company related duties that may be assigned by the head of the department that are consistent with the department and Company mandate

Required Competencies

    Bachelor's degree with over 1 year of experience in a similar role within property industry in the UAE
    Expert up-to-date knowledge of the rules and regulations and current pricing yields (price per square foot or meter) of real estate industry in UAE
    Numerical aptitude
    Above average computer literacy (MS Office, Internet, Database Software, etc.)
    Excellent written and oral communication in English
    Good presentation and negotiating skills
    Previous RERA training and license is an advantage
    Demonstrable experience in generating leads and closing deals
    UAE driver's license and regular access to own personal transportation
    Good personal hygiene and respectful of others in the workplace
