Job Description:

You are responsible for planning, planning ahead and organizing the yards
You send and coach mechanics and you follow up subcontractors
You plan the materials and tools that are necessary in a timely manner

You attend the site meetings and are the point of contact for the customer

You are also responsible for the administrative and financial follow-up of the projects

You monitor the site from start to finish.
Job Requirements:

    You preferably have a bachelor’s degree in electromechanics (climatization option) or equivalent through experience
    You can fall back on at least a few years of experience in a similar position
    You are stress resistant and have strong communication skills (both written and oral)

What you will do

The Technician is a key role reporting directly to the Operations Team Leader- HVAC and will be based in Dubai. As part the HVAC Aftermarket team you will install, service, repair and carry out preventative maintenance on refrigeration systems and equipment such as reciprocations and screw compressors, condensing units, evaporators, valves and control systems.

How you will do it

As a Technician you will use your strong HVAC technical knowledge to execute site surveys and carry out full dilapidation reports, inspecting all refrigeration components and recommending system enhancements, upgrades and replacements as necessary.

You will understand the customer requirements and concerns by meeting them on regular basis and provide them required technical services and repair for HVAC systems. You’re determined and consistent in your approach to work, managing multiple priorities simultaneously because of your excellent planning, and time management skills

Qualifications

What we look for

Required

    Diploma in Mechanical or equivalent
    Minimum of 5 years’ experience in servicing, maintenance and overhauling of HVAC Systems, Air Cooled Chillers, Compressor Overhauling, specifically reciprocating and screw compressors
    Proven technical knowledge and experience of working on HVAC systems mostly on Chillers, Braizing, Vaccum, Pressure Test
    Ability to read and understand electrical single line diagrams of HVAC systems
    Experience in handling reports & communications in a concise way
    Fluent language skills in English

Responsibilities:

    Create innovative digital designs used throughout all social media posts and ads going across all channels.
    Deliver unique digital design ideas and perspectives to the creation and brainstorming process during team meetings
    Design packages for new product launches and lead design review processes based on brand management requirements.
    Stay up to date with global design trends, create mood boards, and lead visual design aspects of upcoming marketing campaigns
    Reflect the desired theme and tone of YAP by creating illustrations, pictures, graphics, and designs.
    Ensure that final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and in line with brand guidelines
    Must have client-side experience
