Job Description

We are looking for passionate, results-oriented, Sr. Product Manager who can help shape the vision and roadmap, define the principles and framework. He/she will also capture insights and find innovative ways to act on these insights, translate ideas into product features, and harness the passion and energy of teams across the company to ship these features.

Responsibilities

Be the end-to-end owner of the product and the product life-cycle.

Define and own product vision, strategy, goals and roadmaps.

Define and monitor metrics that measure the success of the product.

Identify Zid value proposition and build out the product requirements that bring product vision to life.

Define the customer experience, launch plan and customer adoption.

Drive the day-to-day product development schedule from design through to release.

Make appropriate tradeoffs to optimize time-to-market, clearly communicate goals, roles, responsibilities, and desired outcomes to internal cross-functional teams.

Work with engineering, UX, insights and business stakeholders to deliver product and business goals, and create a happy and high performing cross-functional team.

Define a set of OKRs to measure customer satisfaction and business impact with the ability to analyze them and utilize them in decision making processes.

Prioritize between existing versus new customers, and between features, architectural improvements and operational excellence.

Motivate a group of committed, smart people to do the best work of their careers.

Share knowledge with team members through knowledge sessions and mentoring.


Skills

Five to seven years of experience in a product management or related role (such as in engineering, Product Designer, or product marketing manager)

Experienced in defining and driving product strategy.

Experienced in building roadmaps and prioritization matrix.

Excellent organizational and presentation skills with the ability to successfully interact and influence across functions at all levels of an organization and with customers.

Experience having shipped customer facing products that delivered business impact and customer satisfaction.

Passionate about working with other businesses and partners to solve their specific challenges while putting customer trust and experience first.

Proven history of converting learnings from customer insights into tangible product features that customers love.

Strong analytical and quantitative skills with ability to use data and metrics for making assumptions and decisions.

Ability to successfully work with a cross range of teams including engineering, UX, legal, finance, sales and operations. Good understanding and working experience in technology development best practices (such as, Agile, etc.) and product management technologies.

Excellent written and verbal communications across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Excellent at sorting out ambiguity.

Ability to manage multiple complex projects and competing priorities.

Experience in a SaaS product management role.

Experience in the eCommerce industry.

Familiarity with UX concepts and have worked on user research and A/B testing.

Technical fluency; comfort understanding and discussing technology concepts, schedule tradeoffs and new opportunities with technical team members.

Excellent customer experience intuition; demonstrated success in creating innovative and user-friendly products and customer-facing features.

Job Description

The Customer Support Representative acts as a liaison, provides ZidPay services information and resolves any emerging problems that ZidPay merchants’ might face with accuracy and efficiency. Also, the representative attracts potential merchants by answering product and service questions and fulfilling merchant needs to ensure satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Advise the merchant on ZidPay information and functionalities.

Greet merchants warmly and ascertain problems or reasons for communicating.

Sell ZidPay and its services with the skills of persuasion to reconsider deactivation.

Assist the merchant in the placement of any functionalities of ZidPay.

Resolve ZidPay service problems by clarifying the merchants’ complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment and following up to ensure resolution.

Escalate and report issues to customer support manager and ZidPay manager.
