Qualifications

Required Education:

Preferred Education:

Required Experience: 

Fifteen plus years relevant experience in some combination of Big 4 public accounting and or/internal audit

Proficient with auditing, internal controls, business and operations processes, finance and Risk identification and Management

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and work in concert with others to accomplish goals and objectives

 Ability to work on a senior team as a listener, contributor, collaborator, mediator and advocate interacting with all constituencies internal and external to a higher education research institution

Experience in contributing to and supporting governing boards and in working with committees or subgroups on matters of risk, internal controls, process improvement, internal audit, governance or compliance

Display strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues

Understanding of how key risks and controls impact the business from an operational, strategic, health and safety, compliance, reputational, legal and financial perspective

Preferred Experience:


Preference for higher education or non-profit experience

Demonstrated understanding of University, government, non-profit, or similar work environment.

Certification, licensure in audit and/or risk management; demonstrated professional experience in internal audit, risk management, or insurance in higher education; preferred certifications and licensure should be provided from leading industry associations such as Institute of Internal Auditors (IAA), Institute of Risk Management (IRM), Risk and Insurance Management Society (RIMS) or other equivalent institutions

Regional experience in internal controls, internal audit, financial compliance risk management, insurance, or other related experience

Job Purpose


To analyse financial status by collecting, monitoring, and studying data; recommending actions.


Key Result Areas


Routinely communicate business unit and company consolidated financial and operational performance trends, historical and forecasted, using appropriate metrics. Suggest trends, resulting implications, key actions, and strategic implications. Coordinate the capital spending review process for the company.

Understanding all the cost lines in P&L well and can design and create various Mito support Businesses/ Functions decisions making.

Hands-on experience with statistical analysis and statistical packages.

Outstanding presentation, reporting, and communication skills.

Proven knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance and information analysis.

Well informed in current financial subjects, accounting, tax laws, money market and business environments.

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is required; familiarity with data query/data management tools is extremely helpful (Access, SQL, Business Objects).

Purpose:

 Qualifications: 

  - Education • ‎4 years Bachelor degree in Finance/ Accountancy.

  - Experience: • Minimum 5+ years of total experience is preferred with at least 3-4 years of experience working with big audit ‎firms OR/AND Pharmaceutical industry.

Basic Function:


Responsible for setting up the Manufacturing process and establishing standard costs for all products manufactured in ADM. Providing continuous support for any issues related to manufacturing . Responsible for continuous process improvements to reduce standard costs of products. 


Duties, Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

Establish ideal raw material to be used on all products to be manufactured.

Establish routing procedures for manufactured products.

Classify and create standard costs for all new products to be manufactured.

Process planning and raising of Bills of Materials from engineering drawings.

Determine best procedure for outside processing, coordinating with machine shop and purchasing.

Work with programmers to determine best routing process.

Work with programmers to develop new fixtures and tooling for process improvement.

May assist in outsourcing manufacturing operations when unable to undertake within ADM Machine Shop.

Cover duties of Production Engineer when required.

Support continuous improvement of manufacturing process.

Takes active part in all ‘production planning’ meetings when required.

Initiate actions for all the ECN’s received in a timely manner


Qualifications

Required Education:

Mechanical Engineering Degree

High education in Mathematics, English Language and Science.


Required Experience:

Have 5-10 years’ experience in a Manufacturing Engineering environment or should have minimum 5 years’ experience in a machining environment.

Be familiar with machining processes; some ‘hands on’ machining experience including modern multi-axis CNC Machine tools.
