a.Key Responsibilities:*
1.Receive and process orders through the online portal.
2.Collate the necessary documents using various applications
3.Verify and update the information as required
4.Enter information as per the data in the applications
Modify and correct techniques as per the feedback/training received from supervisors or the quality team.

Adhere to the productivity,quality and timelines standards defined to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met with no penalty.
 

Key Skills and Requirements:
Good typing skills with a typing speed of 30 WPM and accuracy of greater than 90%.
Good decision making and analytical skills
Basic understanding of MS office tools.
*Flexible working in night shifts as per USA timing *
Advantage of having Title Insurance Company experience
Advantage of having own or Sponsor Visa

Requirements;

Education: BSc in Nursing

License: Must be DOH passer or DOH/MOH/DHA Licensed or DOH Exam exempted 

Duration and type of Experience: minimum four (4) years post graduate nursing/midwifery experience; masters degree in nursing, health administration, business or management is preferred; supplemented with one (1) year of experience in clinical nursing/midwifery leadership and/or management is desired.

Responsibilities:

Professional responsibility, performance and practice:

Ensures nursing is practiced in accordance with professional values, moral principles and maintains confidentiality as appropriate.

Ensures performance of nursing practice is in line with the organization, nursing department and Health Authority of Abu Dhabi policies, procedures and standards.

Manages nursing care in response to patient’s needs supported by nursing knowledge, research and reflective practice.

Monitors and evaluates unit/ward operations and services through organized Continuous Quality Improvement Initiatives to improve patient care.

Ensures unit equipment and instruments are maintained in good working order.

Monitors stock levels of consumables for reordering.

Accepts responsibility for ensuring that his/her nursing practice and conduct meet the standards of professional, ethical and relevant legislated requirements.

Assists with developing priorities, goals, and action plans; develops and maintains scheduling procedures for staffing of nursing care.

Assists in formulating philosophy and objectives; establishes standards of nursing care and nursing practice.

Selects, orients, supervises and evaluates supervisors and clinical nurses; establishes standards of performance and maintains an evaluation system for clinical personnel; Constructively discusses their performance, counsels and advises them on professional development and to enhance standards of nursing practice; assists with identifying educational needs for staff and establishes in-service/development programs; collaborates with professional and technical schools to enhance clinical education programs.

Facilitates communication and problem solving for departments; leads or serves on committees; serves as a liaison between the medical staff and ancillary departments; Promotes a nursing perspective when collaborating with the multidisciplinary team and acts as a patient advocate to ensure high quality client care.

Serves as a resource person; develops, interprets, supports and implements policies and procedures; responsible for planning, preparation, utilization, evaluation and monitoring of budget.

Ensures departmental activities and records adhere to regulatory requirements; evaluates the nursing care given and makes recommendations to develop action plans for improvements; assists with development and implementation of service standards and patient satisfaction.

Oversees compliance of staff to infection control practices and mandatory education requirements.

Prepares and submits statistical data, monthly activity and annual reports to the Assistant Director of Nursing/Midwifery, as necessary.

Acts as a Nursing Administrator on call.

Plans and coordinates unit/ward activities; Conducts regular unit/ward meeting with the nursing personnel;

Maintain a professional portfolio.

Actively engages in ongoing self-directed learning.

Maintain a current Basic Life Support certificate.

Maintain a current DOH license.

Complete annual staff training requirements.

Follows all Hospital related policies and procedures.

Description of the role

Responsible for overall HR & Payroll process, and ensuring the timely and accurate administration of employee compensation in accordance with established policies and within the required turnaround times.


Requirements:

•           Manage the team of 5 HR Professional (PRO/ Visa Specialist/ HRIS Administrator).


•           Oversee the implementation, entry and use of the HR System.

•           Assist employees with work matters, career development, personal problems and industrial matters;


•           Liaising with a wide range of people involved in policy areas such as staff performance, attendance, accommodation, employees welfare, employees relations, on-boarding, immigration (new workers visa).


 


Payroll Process:

•           Responsible for the whole Payroll process for designated companies/business units.


•           Entry and follow-up of employees’ deductions, loans, additions, commissions, unpaid leaves.


•           Check if all new comers have been entered in the system.


•           Check coherence of staff allocation in the payroll versus budgets, division feedback ,        etc.


•           Calculate the final dues for leavers or transferred employees in accordance with local laws and Group’s policies and procedures.


•           Check accuracy of information in final payroll report.


•           Process and issue employee monthly pay slips, and ensure their distribution to the employees.


•           Prepare monthly salary entries and provision in accordance with accounting standards and principles and each BU’s requirements.


 


Required candidate profile 


•           Bachelor’s Degree in HR or other related field.


•           Relevant 5-7 years’ experience in HR Management role with a proven track record of achievements in the HR field at a reputable organization..


•           Excellent command of English language.


•           HR System user experience is preferable

JOB DESCRIPTION


1. Administration and Communication 

Proactively update calendars, prepare agenda and provide support for HR meetings. 

Book and handle travel arrangements, hotel accommodations, visas and itineraries for the department 

Correspond on behalf of the department on issues related to routine business when deemed necessary and particularly when senior management is travelling or out of office. 

Manage HR Heads appointment calendar, scheduling meetings and communications, when needed 

Escalate important issues to Assistant Manager for his/her advice and act according to advice. 

Maintain holiday schedule for Digital HR and Leadership Team. 

Prepare and process HR Heads monthly expense claims 

Prepare presentations, organization structures and other sensitive documents necessary for Board meetings, NRC AOP, etc. 

Answer employee/HR queries on HR related matters. 


2. Recruitment and On boarding 

Organize executive level interviews and prepare supporting documents on a as needed basis. 

Help in identifying key talent as per business requirements. 

Create on boarding plans for HR Heads’ direct reports. 


3. HR Operations Support  

Organize and maintain an organised and efficient e-filing system for the department and handle documents with utmost confidentiality. 

Ensure seamless transition of radiology employees/clinicians in the new AMI -UAE vertical. 

Ensure soft copies of documents are managed properly in a secure HR database and in a manner for easy retrieval of documents. 

Facilitate the routing/distribution of memos, guidelines to the department.  

Manage and circulate employee birthday updates. 

Plans events on behalf of HR Head 


4. HRMS Support & Special Projects 

Provide HRMS training and support to the function 

Design and execute any special projects under the leadership of HR Head 


Job interactions 

Coordinates with various departments related to internal communications and other HR operations 

Coordinates with shareholders, third party vendors and agencies, candidates, government authorities etc. 


Minimum Experience 

4 - 7 years
