Cybersecurity Lead Trainer- MPH Global Services, Dubai


As a key member of the Training team, you will be responsible for aspects of both internal (team) and external training, specifically in cyber security areas such as Advanced Pen testing, SIEM, Forensics Investigation, Secured architectures, Malware analysis, Threat Intelligence, Web Vulnerabilities, Malware Analysis, and incident response. Technical functions include, but is not limited to, training delivery, course development, and documentation support. The successful candidate will work with a sense of purpose and urgency, can prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines, and demonstrate keen attention to detail resulting in the delivery of high-quality work products.


Responsibilities


Deliver classroom, Conferences and Virtual training to a variety of technical audiences.

Provide support to course development, including product research, providing subject matter expertise, and training content review.

Create, update, and maintain slide decks and lab exercises for customer facing training.

Assist with updates for all curricula as required.

Assist with updates for course descriptions, syllabi, and other collateral pertaining to external training.

Support the Service Manager, DESC and Booking Manager with training planning and scheduling.

Minimum Requirements


5- 10 years' experience in Training, Coaching and people development.

10 years' experience in ICT with focus on Cybersecurity solutions (Firewalls, IDS, Endpoint Protection, SIEM).

Experienced with virtual classroom training tools.

Ability to coach students and assess their technical capabilities processes and procedures as they investigate simulated attack scenarios.

Strong customer-service orientation, with the ability to build effective relationships and work collaboratively within all levels of the organization.

Able to function efficiently and effectively in a fast-moving and demanding environment.

Ability to quickly grasp highly technical concepts and clearly communicate these technical concepts in live presentations.

Strong attention to detail and excellent organization and follow-up skills.

Must be willing to travel, to support customer base (post-covid)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications


Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Cybersecurity, or Data Science.

Relevant Accreditations and knowledge in cybersecurity such as CISSP, CISM, GIAC, etc.

Fluent in English.

Knowledge of Arabic and French is a plus

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Render evidence based comprehensive nursing care to the patient.

Be knowledgeable about the layout of the unit, number of patients, types of patient and their requirements.

Efficiently prepare daily nursing care plan as advised by the physician and provide care accordingly.

Recognize and handles emergency situations and complications effectively during the course of treatment.

Accompany the Consultants during hospital rounds and assist in diagnostic and therapeutic studies.

Competently administers all medications following seven rights.

Monitor the patient and timely report deterioration of patient’s health condition.

Arrange and transfuse blood & blood products appropriately.

Provide personal hygiene to the patient.

Meet the nutritional requirement of the patient.

Meet elimination needs of the patient.

Evaluate effectiveness of nursing care on patient condition and record and report it to the concerned Doctor timely.

Ensure second hourly positioning and back care for bedridden patients.

Help the ambulatory patients according to their needs.

Ensure shift change report at patient bedside in each shift.

Give accurate report to the Team Leader/ Head Nurse/ Supervisor as required.

Actively participate in the disaster management process (Identified Codes) in the hospital.

Initiate CPR and activates code blue as and when required.

Follow strictly infection control practices and care bundles at all times.

Timely collection and dispatching of various samples.

Ensure safety, comfort, confidentiality and privacy of the patients.

Provide end of life & last office care as it is required.

Provide patient and family education as per the hospital protocol.

Explain patient rights and responsibilities to the patient.

Ensure proper cleaning and disinfection of the equipment.

Ensure availability, working condition and effective use of equipment in the unit.

Ensures smooth admission, transfer, and discharge & death process.

Escort patients to and from various departments.

Take proper care of patient’s belongings.

Performs all special assignments that are rostered in order for a quality patient care.

Ensure neat, clean and noise free environment to the patient and family.

Report any untoward incident immediately to Head nurse/ Supervisor and submit the written statement in the same shift.

Report immediately any safety and security issues at the work place to the concerned Head of the Dept/Supervisor.

Appropriately delegate tasks to other health care assistants as and when required.

Provides mentorship to the new joinees.

Missions

Extensive experience in working with Private Clients and financial market transactions.

Required skills

• Technical financial knowledge in derivatives and structured products. Deep understanding of risk associated with securities, forex markets, option trading and private clients;

Duties

This is a 6 month fixed term contract to support a team of investment bankers in the Dubai office.

Extensive diary management, for multiple bankers at various levels

Arranging travel, including visas as required; organizing and providing detailed travel schedules

Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to organize client meetings and full trip agendas

Processing expenses and invoices in a timely manner

Arranging internal and client meetings on and off the GS campus - booking of conference rooms and catering, registering guests, ensuring materials organized

Adhering to Compliance regulations and gaining the relevant approvals

General team admin including photocopying, printing, attendance tracking, and fielding calls

Act as an integral member of the team; maintaining a high level of awareness of current priorities and support required

Regularly facilitate knowledge sharing within the team and ensure relevant information is disseminated accordingly

Involved in client event organization

Flexibility to support assistant colleagues and cover when necessary for holidays and absences with agile service approach to team work

 

Skills & Experience required

Prior experience in an administrative support and/or customer service capacity

Solid organizational skills – ability to multi-task under tight timescales and prioritize effectively

Strong attention to detail

Local knowledge in region around visas/regulations & protocols

Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork; ability and willingness to work collaboratively amongst assistant team based both locally and globally.
