A Store Manager plans and directs the day-to-day operations of the store. Develop strategies to improve customer service, drive store sales, increase profitability, create store policies and marketing programs that will increase sales and grow the existing customer base. Maintain high store standards and conditions and foster a positive environment.


Key Accountabilities:

Process


• Implements all store processes and Scores satisfactorily in Compliance Checks & Audits.


• Complies with Safety and Security norms and meets local legal requirements.


• Works with the Concept Teams in maintaining Concept merchandising guidelines.


• Complies with all ORPOS / SIM / System Compliances.


Financials


• Proactively works with the store teams to achieve and exceed the Store Sales targets.


• Analyses Business Reports to drive key actions for self and the store teams.


• Aims to maximize the Average Transaction Value, Unit Per Transaction and conversion.


• Responsible for minimizing Shrinkage, works on Stock Loss Action Plan.


• Manages Controllable costs / expenses effectively.


People


• Responsible for managing performance for store staff by setting KPIs and tracking it periodically.


• Coaches and gives development feedback to store teams, provides training support.


• Creates a second line who is prepared to take up succession roles.


• Delivers Company Code of Conduct and People Processes.


Customer


• Lead by example and makes sure he and the store teams deliver excellent Customer service.


• Attends to customer queries and complaints and prioritizes escalations keeping in mind – Customer Comes First.


• Continues to expand the Shukran Loyalty Customer base.


Education


Graduates / High School with Diploma


Language


English – Mandatory


Arabic – Beginner / intermediate


Job Experience


3 - 5 Years.


Technology


Basic MS word.

In this role you will Manage the project and site related activities in Kuwait. The Job responsibilities shall be as follows: 


  Project/Site management and closeout reporting and related activities.

 Coordination with external stakeholders (customers, suppliers) and Internal stakeholders (factories, procurement Department, tendering & engineering team).

   Understanding customer specifications and scope of work.

    Risk evaluation and mitigation plans and ensuring timely claim management and realization of claims as per claim process.

    Resolution of project/site related issues with factories and Hubs.

    Responsible for clear and clarified handing over from tender team.

    To think outside the box within the customer requirements / specifications and to come up with most optimize technical and commercial solution.

     Ensuring to improve or maintain the project / order profit via good claim management and variation orders utilizing the assistance of internal team.

     Assist other colleague / department as & when required like Siemens One in-order to promote interdepartmental cooperation.

    Understanding of Site Management, Installation and commissioning of switchgear.

   Be able to analyze retrofit any modifications related to MV equipment.

 Support HSSE leadership of the Assigned project.

 Understating Kuwait Market & Customers (MEW, MPW, K-Companies).


Your Qualifications And Skills – Digital And Solid!

Engineering Graduate with minimum of 5-7 years of experience in field of Procurement / Site Management / Project Management in Oil & Gas / Utility / Infrastructure Sector with a reputed organization.

Demonstrate strong network across Oil & Gas / Utilities / Infrastructure sector in Kuwait.

Computer & Software skills to include the use of E-mail, Word Processing, spreadsheet & Presentations as minimum and PMP certification is an added advantage.

Demonstrate innovative, initiative, maturity, and accountable decisions.
