We are currently hiring for an HR Business Partner who will be an addition to our vibrant Human Resources team.

As an HR Business Partner, you will be providing professional HR guidance and support to relevant internal client groups with the objective to add value to the business. You will also liaise with other HR functions including Recruitment, Training & Development and HR Service Center.

Your job scope includes:

  • In partnership with business stakeholders leads the people agenda in line with the HR and business strategy.
  • Responsible for leading and implementing the HR strategy underpinned by functional People Plans.
  • Apply change management and organizational development strategies, influences and assists organizational change initiatives in support of business strategies.
  • Support and provide input to performance management to drive a high-performance culture and ensures implementation across the facility with required documentation in place and reviewed as required.
  • Ensure that disciplinary action and terminations are executed fairly and correctly as per company policies and procedures.
  • Compile, manage and review HR headcount budgets for the business area ensuring compliance with headcounts, salary bands, grading levels, benefits, job titles and structure. Provides recommendations in relation to organizational structure, staff productivity and efficiency related to company strategy and goals. Ensures any headcount budget changes have the necessary approval before being implemented.
  • Understand, communicate, and apply reward & recognition strategies leading to an engaged and high-performing workforce.
  • Proactively supports the delivery of HR Processes at their assigned business areas.
  • Advise managers on organizational policy matters and recommends changes to policies.
  • Serve as a link between management and Colleagues by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems.
  • Contribute in recruitment of Senior Leaders as per operational and manning guides. Communicate promotions and contract changes to Senior Leaders.
  • Work with internal communications, engagement and training and development as and when required to drive HR strategy across the organization.
  • Responsible for identifying the talent and succession pipeline across relevant function and overall business.
  • Identify opportunities across function and business which maximise efficiencies and deliver business performance.

 

Qualifications

As an ideal candidate, you must have:

  • A degree or diploma in HR or Business Management, CIPD qualification or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years Managerial/HR work experience in a large-sized work environment.
  • Proven track record of progression in various HR disciplines.
  • Knowledge of UAE Labor Law.
  • ERP experience required.
  • Excellent communication & analytical skills, and;
  • Strong skills on negotiation, analytical and problem solving with strong business acumen, time management and priorities management skills.

· Candidate should have worked on Big data stacks to derive Data Intelligence.

· 4+ years’ experience in data modeling, ETL development, and Data Warehousing.

· Strong experience in SQL and experience with Relational databases like Oracle, Teradata, MS SQL Server, My SQL, etc.

· Good experience is API based data extraction tools and techniques.

· Must be able to clearly understand and articulate a data engineering problem and work on solution independently.

· Experience in Data integration tools like Informatica, SSIS, Talend, etc.

· Knowledge of AWS/Azure product suites including S3, Redshift, Dynamo DB, HDInsight, Azure Databricks etc.

What you'll be doing

Our Senior Project Manager - Digital is responsible for working directly with IT Stakeholders, Business Stakeholders and other Internal/External teams to ensure projects are delivered successfully on time, on budget and with quality using either traditional waterfall or Agile Scrum methodologies.

Your responsibilities

Follow all relevant PMO policies, processes and standard operating procedures so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner

Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects Deliver projects on-time, within scope and within budget, by minimizing and mitigating project risks

Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility Understand customer, business and stakeholder needs, define priorities and propose solutions (scope, dependencies, risks, budget, schedule…etc.).

Ensure resource availability and allocation

Develop a detailed project plan and schedule to track progress

Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs

Orchestrate the test activities on the project to ensure deliverables are of high quality

Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques

Report and escalate to management as needed

Provide detailed, concise and accurate project reporting

Manage the relationship with the business stakeholders, internal resources and external vendors

Perform risk management to minimize project risks

Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors

Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Deliver project in both Agile (preferably) Scrum and Waterfall methodologies Participate in relevant projects and community activities as and when needed

What you'll need to succeed

7 years of Project Management experience using both waterfall and agile methodologies Agile(e.g. Scrum) experience is beneficial University Degree in Computing,

Engineering or PMP, PRINCE II, Agile Scrum certifications are a plus

The ideal candidate comes from a Consulting background and has experience working on a digital projects such as E-com, Omnichannel, CRM, Loyalty, etc.

On site experience with clients is a must Retail Industry experience is a must

Proactive with analytical skills with high attention to detail and ownership

Tooling - comfortable with MS Project, experience with JIRA is preferred
