Job Summary：

Trane in Middle East is hiring for an Account Manager- North South Africa in Equipment to join our team. This role is based within UAE while handling the distributors remotely.In this role, you will be responsible for developing long-term customer relationships, managing existing distributors, with building owners to maximize account penetration and customer retention with distributor and consulting engineer/architect accounts. You will provide knowledge and consultation in the form of developing HVAC equipment related solutions for customer problems, including financial and performance-based consideration.


Responsibilities:

Determine needs, develop and execute an account specific business plan to identify the long term, mutual support requirements required to facilitate a strong, profitable and successful partnership.
Convert leads into opportunities by working closely with existing accounts in assigning the appropriate sales process, identifying the required project team members, making assignments, and communicating the next steps in the process.
Maintain and support existing account. Focus on the development of Libya and South Africa Unitary business.
Ability to address client queries and interpret Factory reports
Gather and validate preliminary information and generate various sales reports as and when required
Responsible for project take-off, selection, proposal pricing and selling strategy, and integration of equipment solutions with the teams
Assist in answering technical questions on HVAC systems, Trane products, and system application alternative, controls, installation, operation, maintenance, and problem resolution.
Travel to customer job sites is required, which may include outdoor work and/or work in mechanical/equipment rooms. During the site visits, the employee may be exposed to variable weather conditions; moving mechanical parts; heights, and other variable environmental conditions based on location.
Ensure strong collaboration and demonstrate distribution channel management skills.
Follow up on projects, design a sales training plan as needed as per Trane product portfolio
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, engineering technology, business or equivalent from a four-year college or university preferred; completion of the Trane graduate training course, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum three (5) years of sales experience in HVAC or relevant strong technical background.

Flexibility to adapt to the distribution market assigned
Previous experience in managing a technical team
Ability to Establish and maintain strong client relationship
Preferably a French speaker with strong command of English
Understanding or previous experience in handling the above markets
Proactive in pursuing new markets and pre-determined business model partnerships

The Marine Biologist will help the Environment Director and Project Management staff in the technical delivery of large environmental monitoring, baseline survey and environmental and social impact assessments.

Core Duties:

Manage the technical delivery of the marine input to large ESIA projects on a day-to-day basis to help ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standard
Under the guidance of an experienced Senior Project Managers you will be responsible to manage and deliver project documents including Survey Reports, Scoping Reports, ES Chapters and Non-Technical Summaries and related technical studies.
Provide technical expertise upon coral species for identification, translocation and nursery activities.
Coordinate the work of divers, technical specialists and subcontractors in the preparation of marine environment studies
Prioritize project actions and meet commitments on an on-going basis while taking ownership and responsibility for the quality and completion of work
Manage relationships with clients to provide them with continual visibility upon the status of projects


Application Criteria:

Minimum Bachelors degree in Marine Science (or similarly related discipline)
Understanding of (and preferably direct experience within) the environmental consultancy sector
Completely fluent (spoken / written) in English with strong technical writing ability.
Experience of either working within countries with highly regulated environmental protection legislation or upon projects that have utilised the World Bank and IFC environmental standards as their reference framework.
Evidence of strong organizational and project management skills including the ability to consistently deliver work on time
Good communication skills including confidence to articulate and present study findings within a workshop environment and interact with the regulatory authorities as necessary
A flexible and dynamic approach including the ability to work independently as well as coordinate within a team
An ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic team and environment
Strong communication, commercial, quantitative and analytical skills.
Diving qualifications
The specific duties of the role will fluctuate from week to week and therefore all applicants must be capable and comfortable in performing both field-based and office-based duties.
