Immediately Responsibilities

Process service dispatch request received from technical support team
Identify suitable field staff by optimizing: qualification, location, availability.
Resolve resource conflicts by re-planning of activities within defined scope.
Manage escalation in case of unavailability of field staff according to the process.
Monitor service delivery by field staff ensure estimate time of arrival is met
Monitor spare part delivery status and inform customer if change is required.
Manage the escalate or spare part issues with Logistics also manage tool and equipment logistic
Schedule field staff for planned service events such as preventive, maintenance, updates and installation as per service requirements.

QHSE ENGINEER (for Abu Dhabi based Engineering Consultancy firm)

Mechanical Engineer with minimum 5 - 8 years of QA & HSE experience
Must be a QA Internal Auditor and with some auditing experience
Worked in the Engineering office and for Documentations.
He / She will have to work as a Quality Engineer  in projects.

Experience in Occupational Health, Safety & Environmental is the priority if not then good QHSE Knowledge should be there.

We are currently looking for a highly motivated, results-oriented Deals and Marketing Manager to join the MENA Marketplace team based in our Dubai office.

We aim to deliver the most relevant promotions to every customer, at the right time, and within the right context, driving customer curiosity and delight, and promotion discovery. We strive to develop Customer Experiences (CX) for MENA managed promotions creating a year-round opportunity for customers to Embrace Amazon and Engage with its offers and services, thereby enabling their migration through the customer lifecycle stages. In addition, we influence the development of Selling Partner platforms to spin the flywheel (more sales, better search ranking, new customers, more reviews), and supporting Selling Partners to deploy the best-fit promotion mechanic for their offer to our customers.

As Deals and Marketing Manager, you will join a dynamic team responsible for growing Deals and Coupons business, driving simplification, and ensuring promotions discovery.

Role Responsibilities
  • Grow the Deals & Events business against challenging revenue and customer engagement goals.
  • Report on progress against goals and relevant metrics
  • Best practice transfer from global deals and other promotion teams
  • Working closely with Marketing & Country Leads to create original content or make significant changes to site features and experience
  • Creating and scheduling individual merchandising campaigns to category homepages or Gateway, BAU and during Events
  • Monitoring campaign & content performance, using data and trend analysis to drive next steps

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of progressive responsibility including experience in e-commerce, online marketing, product management, or similar
  • Proven track record of using quantitative and analytical skills
  • Demonstrated ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Ability to partner cross-functionally with a variety of teams world-wide.
  • Strong technical competency and ability to learn new systems and work with technology teams
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced Knowledge of SQL
  • MBA or Master's degree in Business or Marketing
  • Experience in a start-up/high-growth environment
