Sales Account Manager - Oilfield and Pressure Control Equipment, Ethos Energy, Abu Dhabi, UAE

The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing existing client accounts, focusing on API6A, API16A, API16C, API5CT, and API7-1 equipment and the service of industrial valves. The role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs and increase the volume of work from each account, leveraging EthosEnergy's product offerings in Abu Dhabi. Additionally, the Sales Account Manager will develop a sales strategy based on intimate knowledge of their region, driving execution against targeted sales plans, and managing all sales activities to deliver orders growth and new customer generation in the region.
Job Responsibilities

    Manage and grow existing client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
    Focus on sales of API6A, API16A, API16C, API5CT, and API7-1 equipment and the service of industrial valves.
    Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
    Identify opportunities to increase sales and expand the scope of services provided to existing clients.
    Collaborate with the technical and operations teams to ensure client requirements are met.
    Prepare and develop sales presentations and proposals to send to clients.
    Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
    Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
    Understand the customer’s buying process and decision-making timeline.
    Facilitate close business relationships with clients' and EthosEnergy senior personnel and management teams to align delivery requirements with client expectations.
    Retain and grow existing revenue and identify, qualify, propose, and close new opportunities.
    Provide regular feedback to the Product Line on product pricing, costing, delivery schedules, and quality to maintain product competitiveness.
    Participate in and promote a culture of teamwork, customer focus, accountability, excellence, and high performance.
    Maintain accurate sales and customer information and activities within EthosEnergy sales management systems.


Required Skills / Knowledge

    Experience with industrial valves and related services.
    Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi market and client base.
    Excellent customer service skills.
    Strong decision-making skills.
    Strong networking skills externally and internally.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
    Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    Familiarity with CRM software.


Experience

    Proven experience in sales, account management, or a related role within the oilfield and pressure control equipment industry.
    Strong knowledge of API6A, API16A, API16C, API5CT, and API7-1 standards.


Education Requirements

    Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
    Full and Clean Driving License either UAE or Convertible to UAE License


Physical Requirements

    Able to travel extensively

The JIFF Dubai Fuel Farm Manager will, on behalf or Air bp as Lead Participant, lead the JIFF site team comprising of staff seconded by the NOJV partners, providing Site Operations and Safety Leadership to ensure that on-spec aviation fuel is received, stored and made available on demand for uplift from the Dubai International Airport hydrant system in a safe, reliable, efficient and sustainable manner.

JIFF Dubai Fuel Farm Manager

In this role You will:

    Keep complete oversight, ensure assurance and be accountable for all activities at fuel farm and hydrant operations are conducted in line with the shareholders’ expectations in a safe, reliable, efficient, sustainable & cost-effective manner aligning with JIG standards, HSSE and other agreed requirements
    Work closely with the JIFF Operations Management Committee (OMC) to understand expectations set out in the JIFF Integrated Management System (JIMS) and realize them at the operating level
    Ensure JIFF procedures are in compliance with JIG and local regulations and any other international standards agreed by the OMC
    Ensure adequate participant Jet fuel stock at JIFF at all times including maintaining product inventory, accurate stock accounting and alerting the OMC in case stocks dip below agreed levels
    Ensure stock variation beyond acceptable limits is identified, reported and investigated promptly and vital corrective action is taken
    Handle & resolve operational emergencies at JIFF, with the support of OCTC and OMC as required
    Lead HSSE management at JIFF by implementing the JIFF HSSE Management System and applicable local regulations with the support of the operating company’s HSSE department
    Implement Security directions provided by local authorities and OMC
    Enhance safety culture by encouraging active participation of all employees in safety committee meetings, near miss reporting, incident reporting, safety walks, safety conversations, findings from industry incidents, etc.
    Be responsible for Maintenance Management by deploying a Maintenance Management program for JIFF and the fuel hydrant assets, additionally ensuring that a fit-for-purpose system using in-house expertise and OEM & third-party support, and maintenance schedules are followed
    Ensure that cost-effective materials and service contract management process is in place, as well as performance and efficiency of equipment performance and maintenance programs
    Oversee Self-Verification & Assurance by implementing JIFF assurance process for ensuring that operations are safe, reliable, efficient and sustainable
    Provide Leadership & Performance Management by leading the JIFF team to achieve JIFF business objectives: influencing a multi-cultural multi-company team to commit to safety, efficiency, performance and teamwork, as well as ensuring staff competency by implementing JIFF Training Procedure
    Act as the single point of contact for all sensitive JIFF operational communication with outside entities
    Be responsible for budgeting and cost control, including all activities of JIFF
    Lead all aspects of project management by ensuring smooth performance of all Capex (planned expansion and other capital projects) and Opex (technical studies, major maintenance, etc.) for JIFF

What You will need to be successful:

    Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, or equivalent
    At least 15 years of experience in Petroleum Terminal operations of which at least 3 years as an independent site manager.
    Proficiency in Computer skills & MS office programmes
    Superior quantitative and analytical skills as well as demonstrated critical thinking
    Proven ability to support and influence change and proven ability to collaborate across different functions
    Ability to write business reports and executive summaries for senior management approvals as well as ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced, ever-changing and evolving work environment is necessary

FIELD_SUPPORT.DRILLING SUPERINTENDENT I, Nabors Industries, Muscat, Oman

We need a FIELD_SUPPORT.DRILLING SUPERINTENDENT I, 

The drilling Superintendent provides overall direction and management, typically through Offshore Installation Managers, for the safe and economical operation of the drilling rig.

Education: High school diploma or educational equivalent is preferred. Management training is desired. Professional Experience: Skills � Technical: 2 years� experience as a rig superintendent is preferred. Supervisory experience is preferred. Skills � Communication: Bi-lingual is preferred (English, Spanish, French, Portuguese). Verbal communication skills necessary. Skills � People: Ability to interact with individuals in a cross-cultural environment. Leadership and employee development skills. Team oriented. Licenses, Certifications, Credentials, and Other Requirements: Offshore survival and medical certificates as mandated by government regulations are required. Certified in all required safety training programs, including but not limited to underwater safety, firefighting, and helicopter underwater escape. Must pass pre-employment and random drug tests.

Safety Demonstrate commitment to the Company safety policies by frequent discussions, review, consultations and audits made on the vessel. Select appropriate standards, specifications and safe working procedures including drills and incorporate those in the drilling operational procedure of the rig. Monitor adherence to standards, specifications and procedures and review performance of department staff. Ensure that staff are provided with sufficient resources and training to achieve their safety objectives. Hold head departmental safety meetings with senior staff. Can attend at his discretion subcontractors� meetings and regular department safety meetings. Ensure that incidents causing harm or damages to personnel, the environment or equipment are properly investigated using formalized, systematic procedures and that effective measures are taken to prevent any recurrence. Investigate near misses and dangerous occurrences in order to prevent recurrence and build a risk profile database. Ensure that environmental standards adhere to international and to national regulations. Assist in developing, testing and monitoring the Company's contingency plan. Report promptly to the Master any violation of safety regulations by personnel, even if such violation has not resulted in an accident. Directly responsible for the commercial management of the rig. Operations Responsible to follow proper procedure on suspension of drilling operation and securing of well. Responsible to secure the well and drill plant to prevent additional hazards upon orders to abandon ship in coordination with the Master. Has to know the client's rules to control a kick. Supervises the entire drilling program and gives to his staff the orders and calculations to implement their tasks. Ensures that all drilling parameters are properly followed and optimizes them in cooperation with the client representative. Instructs all of his staff on conducting their job in a safe, efficient way. Ensures that the preventive maintenance is properly followed in the different departments and coordinates the repairs or the maintenance to minimize the down time in cooperation with the Chief Engineer. Submits to the head management the necessary overall and heavy repairs to be made to maintain the drilling equipment in a safe operating condition. Ensure that all inspections are properly conducted. Ensures that the drills are properly conducted and recorded in the files. Ensures that personnel are properly trained and have valid certificates. General Management Keeps the Master informed of the state of the drill plant and the well, potential hazards, malfunction of equipment and actions to take. Plans and supervises the work to be done by the department supervisors. Supervises all the reports done by department supervisors and by the subcontractors. Supervises the implementation of the Company's procedures, standards and specifications. Modifies in accordance with the Head Management the procedures if necessary. Informs the client of the operations and of the problems encountered. Maintains with the client a good relationship.
