The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing existing client accounts, focusing on API6A, API16A, API16C, API5CT, and API7-1 equipment and the service of industrial valves. The role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs and increase the volume of work from each account, leveraging EthosEnergy's product offerings in Abu Dhabi. Additionally, the Sales Account Manager will develop a sales strategy based on intimate knowledge of their region, driving execution against targeted sales plans, and managing all sales activities to deliver orders growth and new customer generation in the region.
Job Responsibilities
Manage and grow existing client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Focus on sales of API6A, API16A, API16C, API5CT, and API7-1 equipment and the service of industrial valves.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
Identify opportunities to increase sales and expand the scope of services provided to existing clients.
Collaborate with the technical and operations teams to ensure client requirements are met.
Prepare and develop sales presentations and proposals to send to clients.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
Understand the customer’s buying process and decision-making timeline.
Facilitate close business relationships with clients' and EthosEnergy senior personnel and management teams to align delivery requirements with client expectations.
Retain and grow existing revenue and identify, qualify, propose, and close new opportunities.
Provide regular feedback to the Product Line on product pricing, costing, delivery schedules, and quality to maintain product competitiveness.
Participate in and promote a culture of teamwork, customer focus, accountability, excellence, and high performance.
Maintain accurate sales and customer information and activities within EthosEnergy sales management systems.
Required Skills / Knowledge
Experience with industrial valves and related services.
Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi market and client base.
Excellent customer service skills.

Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Experience
Proven experience in sales, account management, or a related role within the oilfield and pressure control equipment industry.
Strong knowledge of API6A, API16A, API16C, API5CT, and API7-1 standards.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Full and Clean Driving License either UAE or Convertible to UAE License
Physical Requirements
Able to travel extensively
