We need a  Marketing Manager

The Marketing Communications Manager is responsible for the development and supervision of all marketing and communications strategies for the company and oversee the development of goals, strategies, and implementation plans to execute comprehensive marketing campaigns.

The Marketing Communications Manager will also oversee the launch and managing of new products, services, and associated brands to meet profitability goals and targets.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Develop and promote branding initiatives consistent with corporate business goals and objectives.
• Maximize brand value through the development of ancillary revenue streams and new opportunities.
• Work with creative staff and the sales heads to produce marketing collateral in accordance with brand messages.
• Develop marketing plans within budget requirements.
• Promote our products and services during events.
• Coordinate the design of promotional material and distribute in online and offline channels.
• Track ROI for marketing campaigns.
• Network with industry experts and potential clients to drive brand awareness.
• Collaborate with all departments to identify internal and external customer needs.
• Communicate and negotiate with promotional partners as needed for joint marketing activities.
• Monitor, evaluate, and report on similar industry activities; make recommendations based on findings/opportunities discovered.
• Develop, manage and execute an annual strategic marketing communications plan for our company to span across all communication media (online and offline) and reach appropriate target audiences, based upon specific performance goals.
• Evaluate the success of various communication strategies and implement recommendations for improvement.
• Analyze potential new products/media to enhance the marketing/communications work.
• Ensure that all materials are developed and distributed according to an appropriate timeline.
• Provide strategic leadership and set the yearly agenda for the marketing group and actively manage the department to accomplish its goals.

Skills:

• Very good in English language
• Communication Skills
• Presentation Skills
• Knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics
• Experience with marketing campaigns on social media
• Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text)
• Knowledge of online and offline marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
• MS Office ERP System
• Photoshop
• Illustrator (preferred)
• InDesign (preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or in relevant field.
• Interior design and graphic design background is highly preferred.
• Marketing certificate would be highly preferred
• A minimum of 7:10 years of relevant experience within the marketing communications field with +3 years in a managerial/supervisory level

Public Relations Manager

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Public Relations Manager to join our team! In this role, you will coordinate between internal and external stakeholders for a specific project, ensuring effective communication and managing public relations efforts to maintain a positive image of the project.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Overseeing and coordinating all public relations activities related to the construction project, ensuring clear communication between internal teams, the public, local authorities, and other stakeholders.
• Developing and implementing strategic communication plans, including public outreach, media relations, and community engagement initiatives.
• Managing media inquiries and securing positive media coverage to highlight key project milestones and benefits to the local community.
• Handling and resolving public complaints, feedback, and conflicts regarding construction disruptions, ensuring timely and professional responses.
• Maintaining an open line of communication with residents, municipalities, government departments (such as MOI), traffic police, embassies, and other relevant entities, addressing public concerns and providing updates related to the project.
• Organizing public engagement activities, such as community meetings, public forums, and site tours, to inform local residents about project developments and any potential disruptions.
• Liaising with technical staff and project teams to ensure accurate and timely communication of project details and updates to the public.
• Overseeing the translation of documents, emails, and project communications, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and the preservation of the original meaning, especially when dealing with non-English-speaking stakeholders.
• Managing internal and external correspondence, maintaining project documentation related to public relations activities.
• Monitoring public sentiment regarding the project and advising senior management on strategies to enhance public perception.
• Developing crisis communication plans and handling media relations during project delays, issues, or emergencies, ensuring a clear and consistent message is conveyed.
• Coordinating with construction supervision teams to minimize public inconvenience and ensure smooth operations during construction.
• Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, such as local communities, government authorities, and other influential groups.
• Reporting on public relations activities, including media coverage, community feedback, and effectiveness of communication efforts.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Media Studies, English, or a related field.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in public relations, with at least 5 years focused on managing communications for large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
• Proven expertise in media relations, including writing press releases, handling media inquiries, and securing media coverage.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic, both written and spoken, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in community engagement and managing public relations activities for construction or infrastructure projects.
• Strong crisis communication skills, with the ability to address sensitive issues and respond to public concerns effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks and communications simultaneously, especially when handling complaints or sensitive issues.
• Experience working in Qatar, with a strong understanding of local culture, regulations, and public relations practices in the region.
• Leadership skills, with the ability to manage a team and collaborate effectively across departments.

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

• Experience working in the construction industry, with a focus on public relations, community outreach, and project communication.
• Familiarity with project management tools and design software to assist in preparing presentations, reports, and public communications.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a pleasant, approachable personality and the ability to handle sensitive situations diplomatically.
• Cultural sensitivity and understanding of Qatari local customs, government processes, and public expectations.
• Experience in developing and executing comprehensive PR strategies tailored for construction projects in urban settings.

Advanced problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex public relations challenges effectively.

    Assist in developing and executing digital marketing strategies aligned with brand goals.

    Generate fresh campaign ideas and contribute to content calendars across platforms.

    Conduct trend research and competitor analysis to keep content relevant and engaging.

    Coordinate with creative teams to ensure timely production of digital assets.

    Track performance metrics for campaigns, social media, and paid ads, and suggest optimizations.

    Support the team in managing social media accounts, email marketing, and website updates.

    Stay updated on the latest tools, trends, and platforms in digital marketing.


Salary Range and Benefits:

Salary Range: 3,500 AED – 4,000 AED

Qualifications and Skills:

    1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or social media coordination.

    Strong ideation and storytelling skills, with a good eye for visuals and engagement.

    Familiarity with content planning tools, analytics dashboards, and social media platforms.

    Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is a plus.

    Basic knowledge of SEO, paid ads, and performance marketing metrics is a bonus.

    Proactive, detail-oriented, and trend-savvy with a collaborative mindset.
