A new exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven and passionate Territory Account Manager. You will be responsible for new business development.

This is a key position within our team – we are looking for a self starer who is driven to exceed targets and grow the territory. You’ll be joining a fantastic team and strong leadership. We play to win but have fun along the way.

What you will be doing:

Leading new account development and/or expanding existing accounts through business to business sales of Forcepoint software licensing, appliances and services to accounts
Working with the Regional Director, develop and implement specific territory account plans and opportunity plans in support of company goals and quota objectives
Effectively engage sales resources: SE, Channel, Solutions Sales teams and Executives on the development and implementation of customer account plans
Use the CRM system effectively, responsible for the development, management and closure of forecasted opportunities
Manage and drive revenue through complex, multiple go-to-market strategies
Execute complex sales and effectively manage the sales process and activities
Meet or exceed sales quota

What we are looking for:

A hunter – you’ll have extensive and proven IT software Sales experience selling security software and / or network technologies
Relationship management and new business sales experience
Experience of managing, growing and taking ownership of accounts
A proven sales background of consistent achievement against quota
Experience meeting with and presenting to C-level / executive level contacts
Used to working with the Channel as well as developing business directly
Able to effectively partner and engage with internal sales resources such as sales specialists and sales engineers, as well as liaising with external partners at all levels
Familiar with sales methodologies such as TAS and SPIN
Great time management
Experience of working across various vertical markets
Good analytical and forecasting skills
Excellent presentation and written and verbal communication skills

At the moment we are looking for PX4 Developer to strengthen our team in UAE.

Location: This position is based in UAE and remote work is not possible.

Job Description:

PX4 Developer is responsible for developing and maintaining the software framework and applications for the PX4 autopilot system. They work on the firmware that controls the flight and navigation of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) and other autonomous systems. The job involves writing code, debugging and testing software components, integrating new features and functionality, and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the PX4 software stack. The role requires collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including hardware engineers and system integrators, to optimize the software for various platforms and address specific requirements. The PX4 software developer may also contribute to the open-source community, participate in code reviews, and assist in troubleshooting and resolving software-related issues.

Real-time Operating Systems (RTOS): Experience working with real-time operating systems like NuttX or FreeRTOS is beneficial, as PX4 is designed to operate in real-time environments.
Software Development Tools: Proficiency with software development tools like Git for version control, CMake for build automation, and IDEs (Integrated Development Environments) like Visual Studio Code or Eclipse is valuable.
Debugging and Troubleshooting: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug and troubleshoot software issues are essential for diagnosing and resolving bugs or performance problems.
Communication Protocols: Knowledge of communication protocols such as MAVLink, UDP, TCP/IP, and serial communication is important for interfacing with sensors, actuators, and ground control systems.
Sensor Integration: Experience in integrating and working with various sensors like accelerometers, gyroscopes, magnetometers, and GPS modules is necessary for developing software that utilizes sensor data for navigation and control.
Simulation and Testing: Familiarity with software simulation tools like Gazebo or jMAVSim, as well as experience in unit testing and software validation techniques, is beneficial for verifying and validating PX4 software components.
Open-Source Contribution: Familiarity with open-source development practices and the ability to contribute to the PX4 open-source community by submitting bug fixes, improvements, or new features is highly valued.
Collaboration and Teamwork: Effective communication and collaboration skills are essential for working within a multidisciplinary team, which may include hardware engineers, system integrators, and other software developers.
Continuous Learning: Staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in UAV technology, autonomous systems, and software development practices is important for a PX4 software developer to adapt to evolving requirements and technologies.

We are currently recruiting for a Project Manager Operations (PMO) to join the team in Dubai, UAE. As PMO you will manage the contractual relationship between EthosEnergy and its customers, ensuring the customers CTQ’s are delivered in line with contractual requirements and EthosEnergy obligations, across the Middle East and Africa region.

Job Responsibilities

Actively manage the Health and Safety onsite for all Company personnel and promote a safe working environment and culture;
Ensure all processes and procedures are carried out in accordance with the Company’s HSE policies and guidelines;
Ensure that the Company meets its contractual obligations to the customer on time, within budget, safely and to the highest quality standard;
Prepare and submit contract deliverables including reports, notices, invoices,
Update turnover folder with OTR documents cost forecasts and margin reviews
Actively seek new opportunities with the customer and liaise with the Sales team as appropriate to deliver extra work and value add to customers;
Ensure contract KPI’s are met or exceeded to ensure the Company maximise any opportunity for contract bonus;
Minimise schedule variation and be responsive to customer issues and the turnaround of these to remain within project/PO timescales;
Identify technical issues that may impact delivery of contract and work with relevant departments and management to find a suitable resolution;
Maintain effective relationships with both customers and internal staff including site leads and Technical Field Advisors, workshop supervision, Supply chain and Logistics;
Maintain
Prepare and submit weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to line management as required;
Regular cost control and financial monitoring, ensuring reporting is submitted timeously;
Ensure planned and extra works revenue is billed and collected in line with contractual requirements;
Ensuring prompt and accurate billing, addressing any invoice queries promptly to minimise payment delays;
Generation and issue of internal and external PO’s;
Ensure the service excellence framework is adhered to at all times including pre and post job meetings with internal and external suppliers;
Gather and implement lessons learned;
Ensure Method Statements, Risk Assessments Quality plans for all jobs onsite are created by the field service team and communicate.
Ensure Scorecards are maintained with accurate data on KPI's and close out is completed promptly after job completion
Review and approve all reports issued to customers
Any other reasonable duties as directed by management.

Required Skills / Knowledge

Strong commercial and project management skills;
Excellent business based communication, presentation and interpersonal skills;
Good people management skills;
Professional conduct.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Experience

Proven working experience in a similar power, Oil & Gas or process industry environment.

Education Requirements

Minimum HND level in Mechanical Engineering or demonstrable time served as a Mechanical Engineer;
Industry recognised Project Management qualification i.e. APMP, Prince2 or equivalent advantageous.

Physical Requirements

Physically fit and able to travel and work in hot and humid environments
