Overview of the role:
The primary focus of this role is to provide meaningful analytics and business reporting to support the decision-making function and build financial models to support strategic initiatives and monitor results.
What you will do:
Reporting
- Ensure that the daily/weekly and monthly reports are submitted in time to either internal stakeholders or for Principal submission (Honda Motor Corporation)
- Enhance reporting to support quick identification of business operation gaps and propose counter measures
- Work with Automotive heads of departments, assisting them with implementation, tracking & reporting of transformational activities
- Extract & collate data from multiple sources
- Collaboration with diverse senior management team
Analysis
- Support the business forecasting process by building operational models that simulate the possible impact of initiatives
- Preparation of model level pricing to ensure margins are within acceptable standards
- Cross functional reporting & operational change via agile change management processing, driving transformational growth in volumes/profits
- Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office
- Attention to detail
- Time management
- Organizational skills
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance or equivalent degree
- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience & exposure in analytical profile
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of SAP system is a plus
