Sales and Administration Support - Crown Information Management, Bahrain

Crown Worldwide Group currently has an opening for a Sales and Administration Support for our Crown Information Management Division in Bahrain

Position statement

We are looking for a goal orientated Administration and Sales Support professional to join our dynamic, successful team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in the sales process, including prospecting, securing and attending client meetings, preparing business presentations and proposals to achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have exposure selling to government organizations, banking and insurance sectors.


Key responsibilities

Sales Process Support

  • Research and identify prospects through various channels.
  • Conduct cold calling to generate new leads and secure meetings with potential clients
  • Ensure all opportunities are entered into Crown’s CRM system
  • Support with RFP submissions by preparing tender documents pricing spreadsheets
  • Prepare and deliver effective business presentations and service proposals.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, products and services to effectively support the sales process.

Administrative Support


  • Handle customer enquiries and provide exceptional support.
  • Accurately complete sales contracts, agreements, and other necessary paperwork.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as billing and customer service, to ensure efficient operations.
  • Prepare, and issue customer account information, including invoices, bills, inventory records, account reports, financial statements, and timely project updates.
  • Managed daily office operations, including ordering supplies, maintaining equipment, and overseeing facility maintenance.

Professional Knowledge and Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • An associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field is preferred
  • Proven experience in an administrative and sales support role. Experience with cold calling and prospecting is a plus.
  • Experience in selling to government organizations through tender and direct sales process. Exposure to the banking and insurance sectors is highly desirable
  • Experience in Sales, Key Account Management, Business Development, or a related field, specifically within the Bahrain market.
  • Superior Excel skills and ability to use spreadsheets, graphing, tables, calculations, and automation to process large quantities of data relevant to business tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software
  • Knowledge of data privacy, document confidentiality and compliance regulations, and security best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Time management and ability to prioritize tasks.
