Conceptualize and implement pricing strategies for the SME portfolio
Develop an understanding of competitive and regulatory landscape in all of Cigna’s major countries within Middle East and Africa
Build effective relationship with sales and client management partners to win and retain business
Collaborate with underwriters to deliver on the turn-around-time expectations of the commercial team
Act as the underwriting point of contact for all Africa-related projects
Identify opportunities to improve processes and pricing, and collaborate with rest of the team to implement solutions
Manage portfolio of accounts by balancing profitability and revenue
Provide concise, clear and decisive instructions on risk exposure
Conduct analytical reviews to identify and understand trends, patterns and insights that are used to successfully manage portfolio
Support rest of the underwriters on the team to balance the workload
