Role Description

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Joinery Estimator to join our team at Arabesc Contracting & Interiors in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quantity surveying, with proven local experience in the Dubai market. This full-time role involves analyzing project specifications, interpreting blueprints, preparing accurate cost estimates, and collaborating closely with the project team to ensure precise project pricing. The Estimator will be responsible for conducting material and labor cost analysis, preparing bid proposals, and participating in project meetings. Local experience in Dubai is essential for this role.


Qualifications

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to interpret blueprints and project specifications
Proficiency in cost estimation and budget analysis
Excellent mathematical and computer skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Knowledge of construction materials and methods
Experience in the interior fit-out or construction industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
Salary: It will be discussed based on experience

Location Umm Tamil Rashidiya (Umm Ramool Al Rashidiya)
Near Emirates Metro Station
