JOB DESCRIPTION

Location	Al Khobar, KSA		Grade	NA

With almost 51 years of continuous service throughout the world, working for all the major Operators and Construction/ Installation Contractors, the Company has established track record of achievement in the delivery of offshore grouting projects and products.
Key responsibilities
Procurement Responsibilities: ·       A strong negotiator with deep knowledge of the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia, particularly in the oil and gas sector, with a preference for experience in Aramco and offshore projects.   ·       Handling P2P Cycle of Procurement. ·       Should have experience relevant to handling materials such as concrete, steel plates (Special Grades within the oil and gas industry), regular consumable items and fabrication activities. Should have vendor data base in Jubail and Dammam.   ·       Review and verify completeness of requisitions and supporting documents. ·       Solicit and evaluate vendor quotations or proposals. ·       Prepare a detailed techno-commercial comparison. ·       Initiate supplier pre-assessment. ·       Negotiate terms and secure approvals from relevant authorities to ensure all procurement activities are within the allocated budget. ·       Draft and issue purchase orders (PO) or agreements in Oracle. ·       Expedite delivery of materials upon issuing the purchase order or swift commencement of services following contract approval. ·       Monthly PO Closure in Oracle. ·       Vendor Data Base Expansion and Vendor Management. ·       Sub-Contractor Management and New Sub-Contractor Development. ·       Payment follow up with accounts department Logistics Responsibilities: ·       Handling Import/Export Activities in Region with ability to handle logistics activities to/from Jubail/Dammam Port with preferred experience in Royal Commission Area. ·       Handle Saber / Fasah Portals for all customs activities. ·       Negotiate prices with logistic companies/shipping companies and freight forwarders to ensure availing the best market rates. ·       Booking in deliveries and liaising with customers. ·       Booking sub-contractors and ensuring they deliver within agreed terms. ·       Handling shipment clearances and establishing KSA base for customs / SABER etc in the region. ·       Tracking and monitoring shipments to ensure on time delivery. ·       Forward and follow-ups shipment invoices to accounts for payment. ·       Develop reports on cargo movements and various operational logistics issues. ·       Update SCM on the status of their shipments in transit ·      Maintain proper filling for logistics documents and share invoices with appropriate departments on time. ·      Creating PO’s in Oracle fusion.

Qualifications: ·       Bachelor’s Degree (Mechanical/Civil/Electrical/BCom) ·       Supply Chain Certificate – added advantage.   Experience: ·       7 to 10-year experience   Skills: •      Proficient in Microsoft Office. •      Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously to meet goals & deadlines •      Good Time Management & Organizational Skills •      Excellent Communication & Negotiation Skills •      Knowledge in ERP – Oracle Fusion •      KSA Driving License mandatory with own car. •      Arabic Speaker / Non-Arabic speaker who can communicate in Arabic
