Immediate hiring - Job Type: Full-Time - Only candidates currently in Qatar will be considered.

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to develop, implement, and oversee digital marketing campaigns across various platforms. This role requires strong strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and excellent client-facing skills to present campaign plans, tackle challenges, and drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Strategy & Launch:
  
  
  
  • Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned media channels.
  
  
  • Optimize campaigns for performance, engagement, and ROI using data-driven insights.
  
  
  • Ensure seamless campaign execution, from planning to monitoring and reporting.
  
  
  
  


• Client Interaction & Presentation:
  
  
  
  • Present digital marketing strategies and reports to clients in a clear, persuasive manner.
  
  
  • Handle client queries, provide expert recommendations, and manage expectations.
  
  
  • Build strong client relationships, ensuring alignment between marketing goals and business objectives.
  
  
  
  


• Performance Optimization & Analytics:
  
  
  
  • Monitor key metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversions, etc.) and adjust strategies accordingly.
  
  
  • Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and programmatic platforms to track performance.
  
  
  • Conduct A/B testing, audience segmentation, and retargeting strategies for enhanced results.
  
  
  
  


• Content & Brand Positioning:
  
  
  
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging ad creatives, landing pages, and digital assets.
  
  
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
  
  
  
  


• Market Research & Competitive Analysis:
  
  
  
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and competitor strategies.
  
  
  • Identify new opportunities for digital growth and innovation.
  
  
  
  

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency or performance marketing role.


• Expertise in Google Ads, Dv360, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, X (formerly Twitter) Ads, TikTok Ads, and programmatic advertising.


• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and reporting tools.


• Proven experience in client presentations, pitching strategies, and managing stakeholder expectations.


• Hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, email marketing, and marketing automation tools.


• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.


• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Google Ads & Meta Blueprint certifications.


• Experience in e-commerce, automotive, retail, or hospitality industries.


• Knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).

The candidate must have a positive, can-do attitude, a passion for learning new skills, and be willing to commit to the company long-term.
