We need a Management Analyst,
WWC Global is seeking a Management Analyst for a full-time position on a Department of Defense contract at NSA Bahrain. The Management Analyst will be responsible for assisting the Supply Services Director.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Staffing Plans
- Workforce Management
- Records Management
- Management Reporting
- Metrics Custodianship
- Multi-agency Coordination
Candidate must have the ability to obtain and maintain proper status in country without logistical support.
This position is contingent on contract funding.
Work Environment:
- Moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phone and printers) and /or occasional Loud noise (airfield, large equipment).
- Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time.
Physical Demands:
- While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is required to sit, stand, talk, and hear.
- Employee is often required to sit and use their hands and fingers to operate a computer.
Travel:

Requirements
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Must have the ability to obtain a favorable NACI background check.
- 2 years of experience in a business administration, program management, financial, or accounting discipline.
- Experience in developing management reports and conducting analysis for management initiatives.
- Able to work effectively and complete tasks with minimal supervision in an independent and collaborative environment.
- Outstanding communication skills, influencing abilities, and client focus.
- Demonstrated proficiency in using all Microsoft Office applications.
- Professional proficiency in English is required.
- Ability to obtain and maintain proper status in country without logistical support.
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. WWC Global will not sponsor applicants for work visas for this position.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Program Management, Finance, or Accounting.
- Experience tracking civilian mandatory training requirements.
- Experience collaborating with the workforce management team with the WFM Admin team, department heads, and Human Resource Officers.
- Experience using TWMS, Total Workforce Management Services.
- Experience using Excel, SharePoint and PowerPoint.
- Previous Department of the Navy, Department of Defense or another Federal department or agency.
