What you'll be doing
As an Associate E-tailer, you will be responsible for supporting the e-commerce team with daily operations, managing product listings, analyzing sales data, ensuring a smooth online shopping experience, and helping enhance our digital presence.
Operations:
Onboarding of new stock on Farfetch platform, ensuring maximum product uploads.
Define and own key operational KPIs, ensuring business-wide adoption.
Implement continuous improvement strategies to scale operations and achieve KPIs.
Establish and roll out best practices for operations across all brands.
Conduct regular business reviews to identify and resolve challenges, providing necessary support.
Prepare and share weekly operational reports, covering OOS (out-of-stock), resource shortages, training needs, and key callouts.
Analytics :
Ability to analyse data effectively to make confident decisions and identify opportunities.
Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
Commercial:
Develop and execute trading strategies to drive sustainable growth.
Collaborate with operations to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
Build strong partnerships with e-tailers to expand brand presence on their platforms.
Drive innovation through new trading, merchandising, and marketing strategies.
What you’ll need to succeed
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Preferably, prior experience in e-commerce or online retail.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in using Excel or other data analysis tools.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
