• Hiring Manager we have known for 12 Years
• Based 10 Minutes Drive from Business Bay in Central Dubai
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company’s growth objectives.
• Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team.
• Collaborate with senior management to drive business performance and strategic initiatives.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role, ideally within the construction industry – Strong knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional leadership and communication abilities
• A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA are highly desirable
• Prior UAE Experience
• Able to start employment before the 1st of July 2025 absolute latest
