Due to continued expansion and growth, Dubai British School Jumeirah Park is seeking a Careers Counsellor to join our thriving school, set in the heart of the Jumeirah Park community.
Job Purpose:
The core purpose of the Careers Counsellor is to provide high quality careers guidance through a wide range of experiences that help young people to progress, empower them to plan and manage their own futures and ensure smooth progression for all students to Higher Education and/or employment.
This is an excellent opportunity for a suitably qualified individual who is passionate and forward thinking and who will thrive in our vibrant learning environment. Requirements:
Education: Level 6 Diploma in Career Guidance and Advice or other relevant degree qualifications.
Experience: At least 2 years in a similar setting

DBSJP follows the National Curriculum for England, from EYFS through to GCSE, BTEC and A Level examination courses. The curriculum is significantly enhanced by the local context and culture. The opportunities that students enjoy outside the classroom are just as important as the main curriculum and we offer an extensive, competitive, and varied extra-curricular activities programme.
