What will you be doing?
In this role you will be providing administrative support to the business - handling the 5 Business Franchises (Recon, Trauma, SPM, AWM & ENT).
What will you need to be successful?
Responsibilities:
➢Administrator
General administration duties
➢ Executive assistant to the GM
Travel arrangements
Take minutes during meetings
Organise and schedule meetings
Compiling expense reports
➢ Business Support Coordinator
Coordinate internal communications within the organisation.
Responsible for the successful execution of logistic work for all product launch activities, promotions, tradeshows, exhibitions, and conferences.
Maintain accurate records, both physical and digital.
Successful candidates would need the following:
Previous experience as sales admin/marketing co-ordinator
Education: Diploma in Information Technology.
Computer skills: Proficient in Excel & power point
communication skills: Fluent in English. French and/or Arabic is a plus.
