Invoice posting, analyse and post Journal entries.
Reconcile Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable.
Reconcile Bank Account/s & Petty Cash.
Coordinate with vendors for Invoice queries & issues.
Monitor Open Purchase Orders & Pending Invoices.
Prepare schedules for Monthly Amortization & Accruals.
Provide support to the department during audits.
Assist in documenting the department’s processes.
Can independently carry out monthly & year end closing.

Educational qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in finance / accountancy
Holding more than 5 years’ experience in a similar role within Accounting & Finance
