Our Global Clients are seeking Well Site Leaders to oversee operations in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective execution of wellsite activities while maintaining compliance with company policies, industry standards, and environmental regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise all wellsite operations, ensuring adherence to HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards.
Coordinate and manage drilling, completion, and intervention activities to meet project timelines and objectives.
Ensure all wellsite personnel, contractors, and service providers follow safety procedures and company policies.
Monitor and optimize well performance, troubleshooting any operational challenges.
Implement best practices to minimize operational risks and ensure well integrity.
Conduct regular safety briefings, audits, and risk assessments.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of wellsite activities, incidents, and reports.
Liaise between field teams, engineering teams, and management to ensure smooth communication and execution of well programs.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and company procedures.
Manage logistics, equipment, and personnel to optimize efficiency and reduce non-productive time.
