In summary, your responsibilities include:
* Monitoring, checking and correcting general ledger accounts
* Preparing Reports for various entities / departments
* Provides financial analysis and reporting, ensuring compliance with both the Internal Control Framework and Accounting Manual.
* Managing and processing month-end close and related UBW/ Reporting Activities.
* Regular sending of information with regards to actions to be taken by other sections as noted during the review of General ledger accounts.

GFSSC Services is responsible for setting a new standard for the quality of our supportive work. Together with the team, you will focus on further professionalizing and automating our workflow to provide the best support for our organization. In this versatile role, you are independent and have no trouble maintaining focus in a hectic environment. Administration has no secrets for you, and you know better than anyone how to handle all your tasks smoothly and competently.
Job requirements
*Must have completed Bachelor’s and/or Professional Qualification in Accounting/ BA/Finance.
*Must have UAE experience with a focus on tax reporting and payroll control activities
*Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar position (in construction industry is advantageous).
*Basic knowledge of accounting processes, policies, and standards with shared service centres.
*Good command of written and spoken English Working in an international, high demanding and dynamic organization, with the possibility to truly have impact on our business, people and environment.
*Having a critical substantive view combined with a good dose of problem-solving ability.
*With a mindset for continuous improvement.
*Must be available for a minimum of 40 hours per week.
