Hosuk Travels is looking for an experienced Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations at our Riyadh office. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth office functions, maintaining efficiency, and supporting various departments to enhance productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee office operations, ensuring a well-organized and efficient work environment.
Manage office supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance.
Supervise administrative staff and coordinate workflow.
Maintain company records, documents, and correspondence.
Handle scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
Support HR functions, including onboarding and employee documentation.
Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
Liaise with vendors, service providers, and external partners.
Assist in financial processes, including petty cash management and expense tracking.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in office management or administrative leadership.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and office management software.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
