Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Marketing Executive with a strong focus on event planning and management. This role will require you to take ownership of the entire event lifecycle, from initial concept and strategy to post-event evaluation. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution and the achievement of marketing goals.
Job Responsibilities:
Plan and organize various types of events such as conferences, corporate events, webinars and exhibitions.
Manage all event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management and timeline development. Coordinate event registration, staffing, and any technical or creative requirements.
Design and implement event marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms. Ensure events are promoted effectively through email, social media, websites, and other relevant channels.
Oversee all aspects of event execution on-site, including registration, attendee management, speaker coordination, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
Develop comprehensive database of competitors activities and marketing efforts.
Maintain brand consistency across all marketing initiatives and communications. Monitor and uphold brand guidelines in all campaigns and materials.
Develop and oversee the production of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, promotional items, and more to support brand campaigns and events.
Track event performance and compile post-event reports, analyzing success, attendee feedback, and ROI. Use insights to continuously improve future events.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
At least 3 years of experience organizing and managing events such as conferences, trade shows, and exhibitions.
Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple events simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Experience in budget management and vendor negotiations.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness and ability to travel for meetings, conferences, and industry events.
