What We’re Looking For
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Listings Coordinator to manage and optimize property listings across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills and a passion for real estate marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage Listings: Create, update and maintain property listings across online portals, the company website and marketing materials.
• Content Optimization: Ensure all listings have high-quality photos, engaging descriptions, and accurate details.
• Liaison with Agents: Work closely with real estate agents to gather property details and ensure listings are up to date.
• Compliance & Accuracy: Ensure all property information complies with industry regulations and company standards.
• Data Management: Maintain a database of active, pending and sold properties for reporting and analysis.
• Client Communication: Provide support to clients regarding property listings, inquiries and marketing updates.
Requirements:
• Previous experience is essential in real estate, administration or marketing.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with real estate CRM systems and online listing platforms.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools.
