Are you a results-oriented individual with a strong track record in key account management within the travel insurance sector? If you have 5 to 10 years of experience in account management, reinsurance, or client management, we want to hear from you!
About the Role: As the Key Account Manager (KAM) for Travel MEA, you will be the "face" of our company to our clients. Your mission will be to manage and enhance relationships between internal and external stakeholders, ensuring partner retention and the renewal of existing accounts to achieve and exceed sales and business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop strategic plans to increase attachment rates and explore cross-sell opportunities.
Understand client needs, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive revenue growth through strategic account management.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to secure long-term partnerships.
Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing concerns and providing timely solutions.
Conduct regular client meetings to assess their needs and expectations, analyze revenue performance, and recommend follow-up actions.
Monitor the P&L of each contract and coordinate with internal teams for new contracts and program implementations.
Your Profile
Minimum degree holder.
5+ years of experience in account management for large key accounts in a partnership, multi-country environment.
Excellent knowledge of the travel industry; experience in the insurance or assistance industry and B2B2C models is a plus.
Fluent in English; proficiency in French and Arabic is a plus.
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong account management skills that are results and client-oriented.
Highly independent yet a strong team player.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Well-organized with excellent communication skills.
