Ensure proper monitoring of food safety and quality procedures.
Review and modification of the procedures to be followed for food quality and safety regarding inspections, handling, loading and unloading, traceability, etc.
Preparation of internal and external audits of both own and external warehouses, as well as inspections by official bodies (Health, Consumer Affairs, Environment, etc.).
Review of procedures that ensure traceability of all imported or handled products.
Review and monitoring of the handling processes of the different formats and groupings.
Evaluate the degree of compliance and effectiveness of hygienic inspection of transport vehicles.
Checking the received refillable glass controls.
Checking the controls to be carried out on secondary packaging.
Evaluation of the control measures implemented to ensure product integrity through the Food Defense process.
Conducting periodic hygiene audits as a method for evaluating the effectiveness of the prerequisite programs implemented.
Job Experience
A permanent discontinuous contract, a competitive salary and unique experience in a leading company in its sector.
