We need a Finance Manager,

Manage the Financial Accounting function ensuring compliance with laid down policies & procedures and international accounting & reporting standards.
Analyze actual manufacturing costs and prepare periodic reports comparing standard costs to actual production costs.
Review and analyze inventory and margin reports, conduct research, and conduct analytical studies in relation to cost and profitability.
Manage the functions and team of Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, General Ledger, Payroll, and Cash Management/Treasury.
Manage & deliver monthly financial reporting pack within the agreed timelines.
Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses and support the Country Manager in projects.
Deputize for the Country Manager in his absence.

Qualified Accountant (ACCA/CPA/CA/CMA) with minimum 5 years of accounting management experience in a mid-level accounting position preferably in the manufacturing Industry.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing & inventory control with at least 2 years’ experience within same including project costing and MIS.
Thorough knowledge of accounting concepts to ensure compliance with International Standards (Accounting / Financial Reporting) and correct classification of complex project and operation cost.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to foster long term relationships.
Excellent English language skills, written and spoken.
Solid leadership skills and experience.
Good knowledge of ERP / Salesforce is an advantage
Experience in working for a multinational company is an advantage
