Position: CRM & Data Analyst Specialist
Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Data & CRM Analyst to lead data-driven decision-making and optimize lead distribution, customer segmentation, and conversion tracking within our Forex and trading business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CRM management, marketing analytics, and lead quality assessment, ensuring efficient sales alignment and marketing ROI optimization. This role requires expertise in data integration, tracking, and visualization, with a deep understanding of customer behavior, sales funnel optimization, and lead performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis & Marketing Performance Optimization
Analyze customer acquisition, conversion rates, and trading activity to improve marketing effectiveness.
Develop and maintain real-time dashboards, reports, and KPIs for tracking campaign performance across multiple channels.
Implement event tracking, conversion funnel analysis, and attribution modeling to measure marketing impact.
Conduct A/B testing, segmentation analysis, and forecasting models to refine acquisition and retention strategies.
Provide data-driven recommendations to improve marketing ROI and sales alignment.
CRM Management & Lead Distribution
Manage and optimize lead distribution rules within the CRM system to ensure efficient allocation to sales teams.
Set up, monitor, and adjust lead scoring models and routing logic to prioritize high-quality prospects.
Work closely with the sales team to analyze lead quality, pipeline performance, and conversion insights.
Maintain CRM database hygiene, ensuring data accuracy, segmentation, and tagging for improved targeting.
Data Integration & System Optimization
Oversee data flow and integration between CRM, analytics platforms, and marketing tools.
Set up and manage API integrations to centralize lead tracking, campaign data, and sales performance metrics.
Ensure cross-channel attribution and customer journey mapping for deeper insight into user behavior.
Collaborate with IT and tech teams to optimize data infrastructure and tracking mechanisms.
Lead Quality Assessment & Sales Collaboration
Analyze lead sources, engagement metrics, and conversion patterns to assess quality and efficiency.
Work closely with sales leadership to refine lead qualification criteria and distribution strategies.
Develop reporting on lead performance, churn rates, and revenue contribution for strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
Experience & Background
Solid 3 - 5+ years of experience in CRM management, data analytics, or marketing performance analysis within the Forex, Trading, or Financial Services industry.
Strong expertise in lead management, conversion optimization, and sales funnel tracking.
Experience in sales collaboration, lead quality assessment, and performance reporting.
Technical & Analytical Skills
CRM Platforms: Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or equivalent.
Data Visualization & Reporting: Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau.
Analytics & Tracking: Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), attribution modeling.
Data Integration & Automation: API connections, SQL, Python (for data analysis).
Marketing & Sales Tech Stack: Meta Ads, Google Ads, trading platforms, email automation tools.
Soft Skills
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially in working with sales teams.
Ability to optimize processes, automate reporting, and refine CRM workflows for efficiency.
