Hours: Full Time
Location: Dubai
Your Role:
Handling of security including recruitment, handling of any issues, holiday cover etc.
Point of contact for tenant/owner for all issues relating to the units
Dealing with early termination of tenancy
Communicating with agents on available units and management of available units
Reviewing quote/seeking approval from client (bank)
Legal Notices and handling of rental dispute cases
Handling of returned/bounced cheques
Handling of leasing of vacant units & lease negotiations
Weekly visits to buildings and units
Negotiation with contractors if required
Security deposit returns negotiation & disputes
Responsible for handling of complaints & escalation
Customer Care calls to the client
Investigating any building complaints and rental violations
Overseeing that communal areas FM/MEP have been completed
Weekly Reporting on team updates, performance, status of any issue escalation to the Head of Property Management
Move in/Move outs
Implementing efficiencies within the building
Overdue/Non responsive clients
Management of car parking/communal areas
Ensuring DREC is updated for VAT, EJARI etc
Handling of all third party contracts and ensuring this is carried out in accordance with requirements and legislation such as:
Pest Control
Cleaner
AMC Provider
Water tank cleaning
Lift certification & inspection
Fire certification & inspections
