Job Purpose This section summarizes the primary purpose of your job, the major overall responsibilities. Oversee and ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the corporate services provided within SALIC Group. Develop and implement strategies, policies, and procedures to improve the overall performance and quality of corporate services.
Key Roles and Responsibilities This section describes the primary duties and responsibilities to give an accurate, complete picture of the job & details Key Result Area required for this position used for the performance management. Functional Responsibilities 1 Provide visionary leadership to cross-functional teams, setting clear goals and priorities to drive excellence in service delivery. 2 Working on compliance with regulatory requirements and SALIC standards across all corporate service functions. 3 Support to Shared all services projects are planned, monitored, executed, reported and successfully completed according to the guidelines of the PMO. 4 Supporting to Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the performance of corporate services functions and identify areas for improvement. 5 Suppourting to design and execution of voice-of-the-customer surveys to track shared services satisfaction levels and facilitate identification of action items to mitigate any identified gaps. 6 Develop and manage the corporate services budget, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation. 7 Particpation on change initiatives, fostering a culture of innovation and agility within corporate services to adapt to evolving SALIC business needs and technological advancements. 8 Implement standardized processes, best practices, and efficient workflows to enhance operational effectiveness.
