Job Description
Prepares Purchase Orders and sending to supplier after required approvals.
Coordinates the activities of the store towards receiving of material as per Purchase Order.
Manages onsite stock inventory levels.
The issuing and stocking of onsite parts.
Informs related Departments about the status of receiving and issuance as per procedures.
Records purchase orders in an organized manner on a continuous basis.
Verify goods receipts and supplier’s invoices submissions to Accounts.
Performs other duties as required.
Desired Candidate Profile
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering.
Work Experience and Skills:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Spare Parts Management & Procurement.
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP user.
