Senior Risk & Safety Engineer, Worley, Muscat, Oman

We need a Senior Risk & Safety Engineer

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum of 12 years total experience in production or engineering of oil and gas facilities, including a minimum of 10 years’ experience in TSE in Oil and Gas.
• Experience in Physical Effects Modelling and Quantitative Risk Assessment.
• Previous experience/conducted studies using Shell FRED, SHEPHERD software and or other PEM/Risk integration software.
• Formal certification in Technical Safety will be preferred.
• Competent to interpret & apply Technical Safety engineering related industry standards in to projects.
• Competent to interpret and apply
  • Shell DEPs into projects
  • PDO standards into projects
  • Fire safety and Fire Protection/NFPA Standards.
  • Passion to contribute/provide inputs/feedback to PDO standards and systems improvements.
