We seek a detail-oriented, thorough, energetic and organised Sales Manager to oversee and support our B2B Sales focused on the travel trade segment. In this position, you will play a key role in creating and maintaining high-quality relationships with relevant institutions in this space. You will drive revenue generation through contractual engagements with DMCs, OTAs, and other travel-trade oriented channels. The candidate must be flexible to meet the demands of our growing organisation.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify and categorize the business landscape for DMCs, OTAs and other platforms and channels, and create a roadmap for breaking into and deepening our reach within this segment, with the objective of building this segment as one of the key drivers of tourist visitation to OliOli®
Negotiate and execute contracts with third parties on clear and favorable terms
Oversee the performance of the different counterparties and take appropriate and relevant corrective actions to address gaps in performance
Address any systemic operational issues in relation to constraints and challenges in the booking/redemption process for clients/guests
Keep updated a CRM for all the relevant organizations, including travel/tourism companies, DMCs, hotel groups, online portals (OTAs) and platforms, and so on
Ensure that visitation and sales targets are met (on a periodic basis from each month to each year) while ensuring high client satisfaction and adherence to OliOli® socially responsible approach and collaborative culture
Build a strong, deep professional relationship between OliOli® and the relevant target institutions
End-to-end ownership in listing OliOli® in the relevant third parties, from product creation to back-end management
Develop a strong understanding and database of all the key competitors within this space and their offering
Participate in trade fairs, conferences, and other relevant industry gatherings to further OliOli® objectives
Contribute to a positive, team-based, and guest-first centric culture
Perform other duties and be involved in projects and activities that contribute to achieving our objectives
Be a positive ambassador for the OliOli® brand
QUALIFICATIONS
Prior experience in sales within travel/trade segment is mandatory
A college degree is preferable
Ability to work within a highly diverse and multicultural environment
Exceptional communication skills in English and Arabic
Outcomes driven; comfortable working with sales targets in a dynamic industry/environment
