Project Manager, Khatib & Alami, Riyadh, KSA

Job Summary
The Project Manager is a senior member of the project’s team. He is responsible for the management of the
Project including team management, technical management,schedule and cost control, quality management,
risk management and client management throughout the project lifecycle. The jobholder is the main client
counterpart and ensures client requirements are handled in a professional manner, while maintaining a positive
and reputable company image in all interactions.

Job Responsibilities
• Oversee and manage all aspects of the supervision of a tower project, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and uncompromising quality.
• Maintain close coordination and communication with client representatives to ensure alignment with project goals and expectations.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, architects, and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and contractual obligations.
• Provide strategic direction and problem solving for project challenges.
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
• Minimum of 20 years of experience includes 10 years in High rise towers (20 floors and above).
• Master’s Degree in Engineering is preferred
• Holder of a valid PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English is required
• Knowledge of the Architecture, Engineering and Planning Industry
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Familiarity with local construction regulations and practices.
• Strong attention to detail
• Good organizational skills
• Ability to elicit cooperation from a variety of stakeholders, including senior management
• Proficiency in spoken and written Arabic and English.
