We are seeking a dynamic and organized Office Manager to oversee our Dubai office operations. Key Responsibilities:

    Office Operations: Manage day-to-day office activities, ensuring a well-organized and productive workplace.
    Administrative Support: Oversee administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining office records.
    Staff Coordination: Supervise office staff, assign responsibilities, and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
    Budget Management: Monitor office expenses, handle vendor contracts, and ensure cost-effective operations.
    Inventory Management: Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and functionality.
    Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
    Event Coordination: Organize internal events, meetings, and training sessions.
    Problem-Solving: Address and resolve office-related issues promptly and effectively.
    Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on office performance and needs.

Requirements:

    Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
    Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in office management or a similar role.
    Skills:
        Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
        Proficiency in office management software and tools.
        Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
    Personal Attributes: Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable.
