Key Responsibilities:
Innovation Strategy Development:
Develop and implement the innovation strategy to achieve ADPG’s vision of being the preferred provider of world-class, integrated ports, industrial zone, logistics, and maritime trade services.
Create a culture of innovation and build organizational capability and governance.
Project Management:
Manage and oversee innovation projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet strategic objectives.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with innovation projects.
Research & Development:
Develop internal R&D capabilities and introduce new technologies and solutions.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities for innovation.
Collaboration and Networking:
Connect ADPG’s innovation process with the global ecosystem, fostering partnerships and collaborations.
Work closely with other departments to ensure effective execution of innovation programs.
Training and Support:
Provide training and support to employees on innovation processes.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and disruptive thinking.
Performance Management:
Use performance management systems to guide informed, effective, and responsive improvements.
Evaluate and exploit the potential of new technologies to support ongoing value creation.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred
Required Skills
Ability to develop and implement strategic innovation initiatives Expertise in market research methods and design Proficiency in utilizing performance management systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
