We have an exciting opportunity for Human Resources Coordinator to join our Dubai office. The HR Co-ordinator is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department. This role ensures the efficient execution of HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training, and compliance. The HR Coordinator serves as a key point of contact for employees and management, fostering a positive workplace culture and supporting organizational goals.
The Opportunity
Process visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and other government-related documentation.
Liaise with PRO Service provider, government authorities, such as the Ministry of Labor and Immigration Department, to ensure compliance with local regulations.
Assist in recruitment, job postings, resume screening, and coordinating interviews and onboarding of new employees.
Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal policies and updating all employee records.
Managing all HR correspondence, such as employment verification letters or reference requests.
Support the HR Manager in implementing HR projects and initiatives
What you'll need to succeed
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2+ years of experience in an HR support role.
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
Adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Demonstrates professionalism, fairness, empathy, and discretion when handling employee matters.
