Trustbend Packers & Movers, a leading logistics company based in Dubai, is looking for a dedicated and proactive HR Executive to join our growing team. The HR Executive will play a vital role in supporting the human resources functions, ensuring efficient and effective HR practices, and contributing to the overall success of the company. Key Responsibilities:

    Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and coordinating onboarding procedures for new hires.
    Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, ensuring a positive work environment and fostering strong employee engagement.
    Performance Management: Support the performance appraisal process and assist managers with employee performance development, feedback, and goal setting.
    Training & Development: Assist in identifying training needs and organizing development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
    HR Administration: Maintain employee records, ensuring compliance with labor laws, company policies, and confidentiality standards.
    Payroll & Benefits Administration: Assist in payroll processing, benefits management, and ensure employees are informed about their compensation and benefits packages.
    Policy Implementation: Ensure adherence to company policies and employment laws, providing guidance to employees and managers on HR-related matters.
    Health & Safety Compliance: Support the company’s health and safety initiatives, ensuring that all workplace safety standards are met.

Requirements:

    Experience: Proven experience as an HR Executive or in a similar HR role.
    Skills:
        Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
        Knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and employee relations.
        Proficiency in HR software and MS Office applications.
    Education: A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
    Behavior: A proactive attitude, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
