For our office in Dubai, we are looking for

HR & Admin Assistant with experience in the middle East.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years HR/Admin Assistant, in UAE with strong administrative skills, a solid understanding of UAE labour laws, and the ability to handle various HR and administrative tasks efficiently. The position involves a mix of HR responsibilities and administrative duties to support senior management.

Responsibilities:

    Visa Processing: Coordinating visa processing for employees in the UAE and other countries.
    Expense Management: Managing and submitting senior management expenses.
    Travel Coordination: Organizing and booking flights, hotels, and cars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
    Calendar Management: Managing and scheduling senior management meetings.
    Compliance: Ensure adherence to UAE labour law and company policies.
    Other HR and administrative support as required.


Requirements:

    Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
    2-3 years of experience in HR and administrative roles.
    Strong command of English (written and spoken).
    Good understanding of UAE labour law and compliance.

    Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
