About Wego:

Wego is a Technology Group operating in the online travel industry with a global footprint and operations across Asia and the Middle East. As we continue to grow and expand our business, we are seeking an experienced Finance & Admin Executive to support our operations in Dubai office.

Job Overview:

The Finance & Admin Executive will be supporting the finance and administrative functions in Dubai office. The successful candidate will report directly to the credit controller based in Dubai Office and work closely with the local General Manager as well as other members of the Group’s global team.

Responsibilities:

    Process payments for local office
    Manage petty cash and relevant record keeping
    Liaise with banks for company-related requirements
    Support company secretarial function
    Oversee the timely renewal of permits and legal documents to ensure compliance.
    Assist in the issuance of new regulatory documents, ensuring local compliance.
    Maintain comprehensive records of all permits, including application and renewal dates.
    Organize and safeguard all official documents, ensuring they are updated timely and easily accessible.
    Safeguard and control sensitive & confidential information
    Manage the upkeeping of office equipment
    Liaise with vendors and service providers to the Dubai office.
    Manage office and pantry supplies on timely manner.
    Assist management with claim submissions.
    Collaborate with team members to address ad hoc administrative needs and provide administrative support to employees for smooth daily operations.
    Issue permits and coordinate with stakeholders as needed.
    Support the IT team with technical requirements.

Requirements:

    Minimum Diploma certification
    Minimum 5 years of experience in finance and administrative roles in a similar capacity
    Experience with working in fast paced environment.
    Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
    Detail-oriented
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office
    Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
