At Noorka Logistics, we pride ourselves on providing seamless logistics solutions and exceptional customer service. We are seeking a dedicated Customer Care Executive to join our team in Dubai. This role is key to maintaining strong relationships with our clients and ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

    Client Support: Address customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing accurate information about services.
    Issue Resolution: Handle customer complaints and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues promptly.
    Order Management: Assist clients with tracking shipments, managing orders, and ensuring timely delivery.
    Customer Database: Maintain and update customer records accurately in the CRM system.
    Relationship Building: Foster long-term relationships with clients through exceptional service and follow-ups.
    Feedback Management: Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for service improvement.
    Reporting: Generate and present regular reports on customer service performance and trends.
    Compliance: Ensure all client interactions adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

    Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
    Experience: 1-3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in logistics or supply chain.
    Skills:
        Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
        Proficient in MS Office and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
        Problem-solving and multitasking capabilities.
        Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    Personal Attributes: Empathetic, patient, and customer-focused mindset.
