CRM Specialist, Atlas Industrial Equipment Co, Al Khobar, KSA

Your Role

Atlas Copco seeks a results-oriented CRM Specialist to manage and optimize the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system while driving telemarketing initiatives and supporting employee engagement events. This role will ensure accurate data management, provide actionable insights and enhance customer outreach strategies. A key focus will be leveraging the CRM system, including Falcon, to align efforts with Atlas Copco’s marketing, sales, and employee engagement objectives.

 

Mission:

    CRM Management:
        Maintain and optimize the CRM system (including Falcon) to ensure accurate, reliable, and up-to-date customer data.
        Develop processes and guidelines for data entry and management, ensuring integrity across all systems.
        Align CRM configurations to support business objectives and improve overall user experience.

    Telemarketing Support:
        Collaborate with telemarketing teams to integrate CRM data for personalized and targeted customer outreach campaigns.
        Provide segmented customer lists based on product needs, sales opportunities, and marketing initiatives.
        Track telemarketing campaign results and offer actionable recommendations to improve success rates.
    Customer Insights & Reporting:
        Generate detailed reports and dashboards for management, sales, and marketing teams to track performance and identify opportunities.
        Use CRM analytics to evaluate customer behaviors, forecast trends, and recommend strategies for engagement and retention.
    SAP Contact List Cleanup:
        Review, validate, and update the SAP contact list to ensure all entries are accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
        Identify and resolve duplicate or outdated contacts, maintaining data quality and reliability.
        Collaborate with relevant teams to fill in missing information and refine segmentation for improved targeting.
    Support for Employee Events:
        Leverage CRM and Falcon tools to gather data and insights that support the planning and execution of employee engagement events.
        Collaborate with HR and marketing teams to enhance employee event experiences through data-driven approaches.
        Track event participation and feedback to refine future activities.
    Hub Local Page Management:
        Oversee the hub's local page, ensuring content is up-to-date, relevant, and aligned with Atlas Copco’s branding and communication standards.
        Collaborate with regional and global teams to curate and publish local news, events, and updates.
        Monitor and analyze user engagement on the local page, recommending improvements to enhance visibility and interaction.

 
To succeed, you will need  

Knowledge/Education Requirements:

        Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
        0-2 years of experience
        Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
        Experience in supporting and coordinating corporate or employee events is a plus.
        Flaunt in Arabic and English (Writing & Speaking)
