As a Chanel Partner Support Lead, you will focus on improving centre performance to ensure the highest standards of quality in our products, services and operations in the region. You will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity of CIPD qualifications across the region whilst delivering on volume and commercial targets.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll be responsible for the Centre Assurance and Management by:
Establishing and embedding a robust local operating framework that aligns with CIPD’s global standards, policies, and strategic goals
Proactively identifying and mitigate risks across the entire assessment lifecycle to safeguard the integrity of CIPD qualifications. This includes performing local quality assessments, reviewing submission limits, pass and dropout rates, average completion timelines, and referral percentages
Developing and implementing process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and elevate the learner experience
Supporting centre performance management initiatives by leveraging data analytics
Collaborating with the Moderation team to assess risk ratings, identify improvement opportunities, and implement targeted action plans
Overseeing Centre adherence to guided learning hours and total qualification time requirements, ensuring alignment with CIPD’s educational standards.
Working with the L&D to review and ensure that Centres’ qualification content remains up-to-date and aligned with CIPD’s requirements.
Tracking and analysing KPIs to measure and report on the effectiveness of initiatives.
Assessing and making recommendations regarding the suitability for CIPD Approved Study Centre/Accredited Programme Provider status.
Acting as the point of contact for service and support for Channel Partners within the region.
Additionally, you’ll be responsible for the Community Engagement by:
Supporting the development and execution of the MENA Student Ambassador Program, positioning it as a key strategic initiative to strengthen student member engagement and retention.
Supporting the Channel Partner Manager to conduct inductions and talks, identifying and promoting relevant member benefits to students to drive long-term student affiliation with CIPD.
Creating a community of practice that allows Tutors to stay informed about the latest developments, resources and key initiatives available through the Student hub, website and partners to support continuous professional development and alignment with CIPD’s standards.
What you’ll need to be successful
Degree in HR Management, Education, Business Administration, or related field.
Arabic and English - fluent spoken and written.
Experience in a product/service assurance role within an educational or professional development setting.
Strong background in managing databases and compliance monitoring.
Some experience of or exposure to business development initiatives.
Experience in the education and/or training sectors.
Previous experience working with international educational accreditation bodies.
Understanding and experience of regional educational frameworks and compliance standards, qualifications and quality learning.
Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with a range of stakeholders internally and externally.
Demonstrable, practical project management experience.
Analytical and data analysis skills.
